I noticed he did the gesture at 2:20 in the KQ video above and then adjusted his earpiece a bit later.

I keep seeing Adam do this with his fingers...can anybody tell me if it's suppose to mean something? When Adam makes this sign, it is not a simple ok sign, but rather a circular movement with his fingers to indicate that he wants a certain dial turned. It is then followed by a straight finger up overhead, indicating that he wants it dialed up, rather than down, and it seems pretty clear that it relates to the feed in his own earpiece. On which dial is meant, we can only guess, or one day maybe somebody can try to interview his sound guy, Gary, I believe. Here are some possible guesses: He wants his own vocal within the mix dialed up. He wants the bands sound dialed up. He wants to hear more base, more high notes, more overall sound volume.... So bottom-line, we don't know exactly, but it has to do with the special feed that Adam gets mixed, just for himself, as compared to the general mix for the rest of the band. This whole sound feed topic is generally a mystery to me. I would think that anyone in the band, including Adam would want to know what the audience is hearing, so a general FOH feed, but clearly that is not so. Adam gets his own mix, with less band sound, if I recall right. He's usually signalling with his left hand unless his back is to the audience so I don't know if this exact pic is capturing a signal or not. I do wonder if more than just his feed which should be mixed to the comparable audio level of each instrument if he's actually saying that certain instruments need to be louder/softer for the audience too. I usually see him signalling for either drums or keys. Then he has that reverb that he changes but he fiddles with the mike pack on his hip for a lot of things too. Save

Got visual evidence on page 3 and following.

I'm not concerned about Adam. Pretty sure he's being paid is USD. My clients are freaking out about their investments and I feel nauseous. It's OK for retirees living on fixed pensions, but those Brits who are 10 years or less from retirement are fucked. I also understood that the majority of young voters were pro stay, weren't they? Idgi. You can't turn back the clock. The Britain of old will never return. The US has allowed corporations to exit from their pension programs and kick off even those who are already receiving benefits, in some cases making them pay back even. Don't know if Britain is doing that but nothing is sacred anymore. I'm just amazed that they were able to do this on a public vote and if so with just a simple majority. I would have thought at least a super majority of 60% would have been required. Dr. Bri sure is pissed with the PM. Who has now resigned

Was he just doing it to pacify the pro brexit peeps but didn't think for a second that it would actually pass?
