This one is for my dear friend, mayumi, who has a special fondness for Adam's armpits. Oh Cassie, you know me so well. I gasped with pleasure when I saw the picture before I even read your comment. Miss you my dear friend.

Thing is Freddie wasen't perfect. HE missed notes, he had off performances. Media used to blast him most of the time. But its true once you die you get legend status. I mean Amy Winehouse had so many issues, or people talked about was her personal life and drug usage. Yet when she died, best voice ever! And she was very talented. But only ppl said that once she died. Truth is vocally, technically Adam is as good as Freddie imo. Some people just cannot get over this concept of Adam being threatning to their memories. They need to understand their is no compeitition. Adams role is not to threaten Freddie's legacy, but enhance it. Only a talent like Adam could. Good point

My son's (16) too. Of course it's the only happy song he says. SaveI hope Era 4 is completely full of happy sexy songs! It is time for Adam to show that side of himself and draw it out in others. I don't tweet that much but saraswati inspired me to put it out to the universe. I'm very glad to have inspired you, LindaG23! There was one time where I tweeted him how grateful I am that he's in this world, and I noticed a few minutes later he was on Twitter, so I do have some hope that he saw that tweet

Best wishes to you revlisacat! Wish you could join me at Burning Man in just another 65 days! 'Never say never' is so true . . . Even as 'real life' continues, I live in amazement. For those fortunate to experience these shows and the joy, Adam has become one who truly changes life through performance. I confess I find my religion when I see him perform. You, being in your sacred profession, might know what I mean. I have seen the paradigm shift; from Adam being a 'guest' of Queen; to Adam being the reason Queen continues. This 'gift from god' humbly continues his role. There will be a day when we'll look back and realize how he gave life, not just to Queen, but to us. Certainly, he has made me feel the sun, and the warmth, and the gift. I am so "late to the table." just catching up on some threads this morning (7/4) that i hadn't been able to read yet, when i came upon your comment and I LOVE IT! i have been afraid to tell most of my friends about my adam-fixation. i feel embarrassed. but having read your post, you hit the nail on the head. i'm also feeling "the sun, and the warmth, and the gift." and you are also right about "how he gave life, not just to Queen, but to us." so you get it, the folks here get it, which means i've got lots of company when it comes to my adam adoration. and i guess i should try harder to let my friends know about it because if he can give me that, then it deserves to be spread around. also, how miraculous that a person (or, as adam would say, that the music does it) can transform others. and how fortunate i am to witness it and be part of it. along with you and all the other wonderful a-toppers.
