WITW is Adam Lambert?
X Factor AU is wrapped up for now, so the best guess is that he is back home in LA.
I will probably be able to update this page soon.

Enough with the talent shows. There’s no talent left
Watching television talent quests could convince you all we have left are slightly better-than-average singers who have been through really tough times.
Who will win The Voice 2016? Will anyone care after the show’s over? All signs point to “No”. (Pic: The Voice/Channel Nine)
Shows like The Voice, X Factor and Australia’s Got Talent offer singers several minutes to pull your heartstrings with their “journey” package and about two minutes to perform.
Even if you forget the words or hit more dud notes than Karl Stefanovic murdering Livin’ on A Prayer, a compelling backstory may just get you through. Each series, which attempts to match music with melodrama, enjoys at least a couple of seasons of success for their discoveries when it comes to translating strong ratings into sales of singles and albums.

Guy Sebastian became one of the highest selling Australian artists of all time after winning the first season of Australian Idol in 2003 and now serves as a coach on X Factor.
Reece Mastin has been X Factor’s biggest performer in terms of sales, with certifications for almost 800,000 singles and albums, while Dami Im has maintained the highest profile on the charts with 17 songs and three albums making it into the top 100. And there was that supreme Eurovision campaign, of course.

Karise Eden, the inaugural winner of The Voice, had four songs in the top 5 after she won in 2012, the first singer to achieve this on the Australian charts since The Beatles in 1964.
But as the existential crises of contestants have increasingly overshadowed their talents — or lack thereof — it is no wonder the record labels who have to deal with them afterwards struggle to convert them into chart-topping artists. Those who are scoring the votes of viewers aren’t good enough to win more fans when the cameras stop rolling.
The well of television-generated pop stars in Australia has run dry.
Even when they are paired with the proven hitmakers who assist stars like Delta Goodrem, The Veronicas, Flume or Matt Corby on their albums, lightning doesn’t strike.

Those who have a gift — and also happen to be songwriters in most cases — tend to take time out, develop a unique sound and relaunch their careers as dramatically reinvented artists. Corby has done it to international acclaim and Celia Pavey is on the way with her new alter ego Vera Blue. Jessica Mauboy has broadened her appeal even further with acclaimed and award-winning acting.
The only genuine talent to win out of these shows are the coaches and already established chart stars who launch their latest single with a performance.
As we bid The Voice farewell for another year and the X Factor attempts to resurrect its ratings with a revamped format, the real winners will be Goodrem and Sebastian, with Iggy Azalea and Adam Lambert likely to enjoy chart assists thanks to their new coach roles.

For the singers, it will be back to the drawing board.
The good news is there are many portals where unsigned artists aspiring to share their music with fans, and make a living out of it, can catch a break — from Triple J’s Unearthed and YouTube to Soundcloud and Bandcamp.
In those worlds, all that matters is the voice and the x factor of the song.
