Dear Atoppers!
In BKK it's hard to find the downtime to make a proper recap of QAL - one is either engulfed in the sensory overload that is BKK, or getting contemplative in this mainly Buddhist country, or having a massage that has made your brain and fingers too limp to write. So pls excuse me if I will write the longer recap in a few days after I get home. Let me just say these after watching QAL live:
1. Even without their 2 original bandmates, it is impossible to begrudge Dr. Bri and Roger the opportunity to perform the music that they have lived, the music that they are because their joy is obvious, as many of you have said.
2. My daughter and I bow in respect to these 3 guys who hold themselves to steep standards of performance and delivering a show.
3. Despite other people's experience, we were able to bring in our cameras and her selfie stick. We have videos though most have been overpowered by daughter's singing. She was so happy.
