Lance is entitled to his opinion, and doesn't have to answer to Warner or to Adam. My guess would be that Adam wouldn't like that statement, because he never likes to be depicted as a victim. I don't know what's happening behind the scenes, wish I did, but I guess all labels are motivated by money, and how much an artist can earn them, whether gay or straight. Since Warner had such a bizarre choice for a second single from TOH album, my best guess would be that they were obligated to MM that the first two singles out of this album are songs written by his team. ALN killed all the buzz around the album, so they chose not to spend any money on TOH (the single), because they weren't obligated to the writers of that song. That's just my uneducated opinion, and I'd love to hear other opinions from people who are more savvy re the music industry. I do not want to say mean things today, but dear Lance does not have a very good voice i fear. Many people are not good singers and still manage to make a singing career as we all know but it still might be a hindrance. Openly gay people might need to work harder to make their dreams happen, as we all see with Adam. To have a just mediocre voice is even harder to put aside as a hindrance when the Person who wants to be a Star, does not have an enormous Charisma and/or a really good PR-Team that make that Person happen. Lance does not have all of that or not enough. Adam has an absolute GIGANTIC Singing Talent, and the same can be said for his Charisma. We still seeing if that can always be said about his PR-Team. I like Lance but there are worlds of difference between him and Adam, the only thing connecting them is that both are gay and sing. I still wish Lance the best of Luck of course.

X FACTOR Australia judge Guy Sebastian has told us to expect fireworks now Mel B has joined the panel… especially with one judge in particular.
The Spice Girl surprised him and fellow judges Adam Lambert and Iggy Azalea on the last show when she announced she would be joining the judging panel.
Guy is currently a judge on the X Factor Australia with Adam Lambert and Iggy Azalea
Guy, who won the first ever Pop Idol Australia, spoke exclusively to The Sun Online, where he told us: “I reckon Iggy and Mel are going to furiously clash.”
He also said: “Iggy, she’s definitely different compared to the judges that I have worked with in the past.”
Guy was shocked to see Mel B returning
The 34-year-old also talked about his relationship with Mel, who he worked on the X factor in 2011, saying: “We get on really well but she gives me a lot of s**t!”
He added: “I love Mel, she’s full on, she just says it as it is.
“Sometimes in Australia we are a bit too nice
“But Mel thinks ‘bugger this! It’s Australia I don’t even care what they think.’”
He thinks Iggy and Mel could “furiously clash”

I think that Adam has worked much harder for his success (and he does have a lot of success) than many with less talent and charisma. But I believe the biggest hindrance for him has been radio. I believe his sexuality has played a part in that to some degree. My favorite radio station would play all the idols new releases a lot during Idols best years. But when Adam came along there was nothing. There was a lot of Kris played and a lot of talk and sometimes laughter about Adam's sexuality but they could not bother to play him. It was maddening. They ignored FYE (even before the AMA's) and finally started to play WWFM when it was on its last legs. I almost cried when I finally heard it. It always makes me sad to hear people gloat that he is not as big as Taylor, Kelly, Carrie or Katy etc. when they know those people have never had the kind of roadblocks put before them like Adam has. And I don't believe it has anything to do with superior material. But despite any obstacles Adam has done extremely well, imo. Radio has opened up some but now the youngsters and diva's have taken over so it will be harder in a different way. But Adam has never presented himself as a victim. So I can only be very proud of all of his achievements and the joy he has brought and will continue to bring to so many. Not reaching the Bieber level of success will never change that or lessen his accomplishments for me.

Whoa....I wonder what Warner Bros and Adam think of Lance Bass's statement about him? Wonder if this will make the media rounds? Lance is entitled to his opinion, and doesn't have to answer to Warner or to Adam. My guess would be that Adam wouldn't like that statement, because he never likes to be depicted as a victim. I don't know what's happening behind the scenes, wish I did, but I guess all labels are motivated by money, and how much an artist can earn them, whether gay or straight. ALN killed all the buzz around the album, so they chose not to spend any money on TOH (the single), because they weren't obligated to the writers of that song. That's just my uneducated opinion, and I'd love to hear other opinions from people who are more savvy re the music industry. I agree that Adam himself would never make that statement but I don't see Lance mentioned as a close friend of Adam so I don't see it as anything than parroting what every Glambert was saying during the RCA era. And when you are trying to make a point you don't necesarily deal or even know what is current. Lance said what he felt was relevant to him. Like WWFM, GT had a long long life which made it hard to time out the other singles. I don't think ALN was a bizzare choice, it got a lot of buzz in the fan base because of the #moo but I agree it did seem more of a fanbase call than a researched pick. I think TOH was hard because Adam couldn't perform it live with the falsetto as it was recorded and by the time it came out QAL was taking over again. Save

So absolutely cute Chapf One of my coworkers just told me on phone that the sweet passed away Lady was in fact "just" 107 Years old, it seems when she went into her Caretaking Home at the age of 77 she felt that age was to young and not venerable enough and made herself 3 years older. Since the Caretaking home had a water damage around that time and a lot of papers got damaged and computers were not the norm 30 years ago nobody ever noticed or cared. So i have to correct myself about her birthday, the day is true, that much was to see in the old papers, but the year is wrong. Her oldest surviving Grandson mailed the wedding certificate of her and her late husband with all the other dates and wrote that in his mail, what i just told. He also wrote, that his dear grandmother always told him that this got her chances better to make it to the big Hundred and over. All these years, and she never told me that. Still, amazing how old she got. Amazing Lady.

thexfactorau It's time for our Under 22s to show @adamlambert what they've got! Who will be sitting pretty and who will be sent packing? http://instagr.am/p/BLkn16OjdEi Adam's group really has a lot of talent in it. From faces we've seen so far I count 4 girls and 2 boys. And I've seen faces that were not shown on the last 6 episodes. . He has to pick 3 of them. 5 of them really has the voice, but Vlado's sounds really current. Pheew.. that's a lot of work. and he has to do it really careful coz if he slips Mel B can steel them from him.

I think TOH was hard because Adam couldn't perform it live with the falsetto as it was recorded and by the time it came out QAL was taking over again. SaveLol, I've comletely forgotten about the moo... I think many of us were careful back then not to say anything that could sound less than supportive of ALN, but most of us were surprised. TOH seemed to be the natural choice for a second single, regardless of personal preferences. It seemed to be most likely to succeed on radio. When ALN went nowhere, Warner lingered for some reason, instead of sending the next single to radio right away, same as RCA did with FYE and WWFM. They had to do it quickly, before people forget about GT. And it seemed like they meant to, because as far as we know, they had a video filmed for it. But then, I don't know what happened, maybe they decided to save their money, I don't know, but they released it in Australia only. It happened a long time after GT was done, and with no promotion that I know of. I'm pretty sure the way Adam sings that song live had nothing to do with their decisions; he sang it beautifully dozens of times. No one is worried about his live singing skills...
