Since I've lost all track of time. Could Adam possibly be getting the opening guest artist for the x factor? Isn't that coming soon.
Either way I'm dying w anticipation.

Scott's official YT channel, this comment about the collab song and his response appear. autumnhedlund 10 months ago: adam says that he doesn't like this, like it's not him at all jscottgofficial 10 months ago 19: @autumnhedlund he was referring to the take one stuff. I have nothing to do with that  This is a song we wrote together that he has allowed me to put out (and I have a legitimate contract with him now, as well as his blessing) Also, there are several YT's of this song now totaling over 110,000 views. |

I suspect that the 'blessing' is a friendly agreement since he is not going to pull a "Low FI" Take One bit of BS. But a blessing on the song itself, I doubt it. All things considering when he could have put this out, I think this was handled well. Even now, he could have released this song in August. I don't think there will be any confusion as to if this is the official single, but may give Adam some limited media attention. Could end up being a win/win situation. |

I don't know if they have week of audition rounds like Idol or if they leap right into performances. Either way, I don't think they would have guest performers until last week of September/first week of October. Promo for single would have been going strong for weeks by then. I think he'll still perform, but I don't think it's "The Big Reveal." I'm going with VMAs, which are August 28. Haha!! Loved your "controversy" scenario, Q3!! Maybe Bachman and Palin can then have a feud over who the true American Woman is (both being oblivious to the message behind the song, ofc). |
