YES, he does remind me of Sutan also!! Cute kid! I love Isaiah's new look. It's a perfect combination of a sort of waif-ish, tender look, combined with that DEEP and POWERFUL voice that comes out of him like a volcano. So unexpected! Really grabs your attention. And I loved hearing Guy sing, too. What a gorgeous voice. I can see why he won XF and why he has stayed a star long after, just like Adam. I really enjoyed hearing Guy sing....he's really good. Since I'm old and live under a rock....I had heard of Disturbed, but never listened to their music....I loved their cover of Sound of Silence! I imagine I wouldn't love their head bangin stuff, but I really loved their rendition of SofS....so intense! It rocked :D

Pardon my cynicism but IMO the "script" was designed to leave the decision to the voting public, so Iggy did exactly what was required of her... and the voters (allegedly) sent Chynna home, not Iggy... in the end - less competition for Amalia i think... as long as Adam's kids are in I am happy, it looks like he is really sincerely invested in them plus he'll have more screen time which is good for us! In that case, I have no issue with leaving the decision making up to the voters in the end. For now, as long as Adam and his kids are fine, I'm good. Call it being invested lol. But then, that pretty much defeats the purpose of having a bottom 2 with the judges save. Sometimes (often) the voters do get it wrong. (Remember Idol, when Adam was in the bottom 3?) Perfect example is Vlado still being there. The judges being able to make the call is part of what makes XF, XF!

Monday, Monday....... happy Monday everyone! So glad Adam looked much better last night, that fishnet thingy wasn't very flattering. I think you mean tonight. AU is always ahead of us. **** Oh, I really like the fishnet top. I think it looked great on him. I think it is all a matter of taste. There are rarely absolutes in fashion. I think most of us, including Adam, agree the Col. Sanders suit was not his best moment. But there is rarely agreement among Adam fans.

Ha.. indirectly Guy's blaming Iggy for voting out Chynna. And he said "it's stupid". I'm not crazy about Iggy but.. Come on.. May be Iggy felt more entertained by Beatz. I did. It's not purely a singing competition. The judges made sure it was a tie so it went to the public vote before...that is standard operating mode for these shows...not sure it is fair to dump on an easy target now. The voters clearly did not care for her so it is unlikely she would have made the next cut anyways, is it? It wasn't the song....in her case....she had a great song...

Adam started following yet another tattoo account. It's on his mind....lol He's also following more fashion accounts, including Laurant.

The talent competitions are better when the judges have a role and it is not just up to the voters. Particularly now that voting for mischief is a notable percentage of voting. [The Rat Pack Week AI Season 8 was just odd but a great example -- Kris, Adam and Matt ended up as the Bottom 3. Kris was released first, so Adam was in the Bottom 2 -- although no one has ever confirmed that was meaningful. I still believe that many Adam fans foolishly joined the "save the girl" movement to keep Alison on the show and thought Adam was safe, and others were "sure he would win" and did not vote. I know that I had no idea what was required for someone to win Idol and how organizing the voters matters. I and many other Adam fans learned how to vote. Back to now.]

It is really a stunning version. It just builds, and builds as the song goes on. More so than the live version on xfactor. I've probably played it a 1000 times. Yes, Guy is very good and loved his new song. I'm a sucker for a good ballad. Wish Adam would get a chance to sing another one on the xfactor stage. I would vote for WWTLF!

The XFactor judges are there to judge that is what they are paid for. If Iggy had been on Team Beatz right the way through I would believe that she genuinely thought Beatz were better than Chynna but every time she raved about Chynna's performances and not Beatz. Remember she thought that ridiculous boy band she put together was better than Beatz for her team? She wanted a member of Guy's team to go home.
Now if say Isaiah and Vlado are in the bottom two who do you think she will vote for?
I love that version of 'Sound of Silence'. I noticed the singer had trouble with those low notes at the start. I guess that proves he was singing live.

If they are going to have a 'Judges save' type vote then it should a mandatory decision. The four duke it out privately to a decision or the team judge does not vote and the other three decide. IMO.
