I just love all the monthly calendar collages that Angel_nDisguise made. I love the locations, fashion, and people that Adam is with. This took a lot of work and I appreciate it. He really worked his fanny off. I am so happy that he got so many wonderful opportunities to work that fine fanny off. lol. He was a very busy dude.
I liked January, kicking off his TOH in Singapore and then taking it down to Oceania where his birthday was celebrated.
February and recording with Steve Aoki Can't Go Home. Fun song and Steve pushed it really hard. Can't forget the crazy monkey in the video. lol
March, singing at his brothers wedding was sweet. An Elvis song too. Getting to perform Welcome To The Show with Laleh on Idol after cancelling a show in Florida for strep throat. He never missed a beat and sounded flawless. How does he do that?? I would have been in bed for a week. haha He really is amazing.
April was rehearsing and taping RHPS. He also played London with QAL and Boy George was there to see them.
In May, his Macy's campaign came out. Dozens of stores in the US had his gorgeous pics up. I hit up 4 of them in my densely populated area. What a treat to see his face as you entered the stores. And the pics irl were stunning. Seeing him in white clothes is outstanding. Great color for him. May also brought a lot of rainy QAL festival shows in Europe. Both QAL AND the fans were troopers about it. That was some nasty rain storms. They managed, and Adam looked adorable singing with his red umbrella-ella-ella. lol
June was him getting choppered down to The Isle Of Wight in style. And my very favorite performance of the year of WWTLF. He was hurting and so confused by such a loss to his LGBT family. So were we all. He was so professional that night. He did not make the show maudlin even though his heart was surely broken and aching. He is a wonder. He is always on point even through tough times.BTW, the bottom right picture of him Bri and Roger is from September 2015 in Rio at the Christ The Redeemer statue. Yeah, lol, that's how my brain works. I remember most pictures just on sight. It's a weird foible that I have. HA
July was XFAU pre-show work. Also his Welcome To The Show vid with Laleh and his beautiful message to his fans. So heartfelt and real.
August brought us FAITH and a well deserved Mykonos vacation. I loved the pics he shared of such a beautiful serene island. I loved Johnny Rice chasing the goats and Adam filming it. So funny.
September and the Asian leg of QAL was fabulous. Loved, as a non jew, seeing and learning about the Western Wall. Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Truly awe inspiring. It prompted me to google and understand so much. Three sold out shows at The Buddakan. Thailand looked amazing. China and Shanghai. Taipei and Hong Kong.
October he was in the thick of XFAU. RHPS was being shown back home. Loved him giving OZ a touch of Halloween with Evil In The Night. The Antinous tat sent me back to google too. Amazing story that I knew zero about. I was fascinated. A gay Greek god. How about that? Adam is always exposing me to new things that I never even knew existed.
November he was victorious with his charge, Isaiah, taking home the win. The whole season was fun to watch. I can't believe that I got so invested. That hasn't happened to me since Adam's season on Idol in 2009. But the talent was so compelling. They were all gifted singers.
December and his duet with Saara on XFUK was a nice and unexpected way to end out his year. Glad he got to be on UK TV. Also glad that he had downtime in NYC with old friends and saw some Broadway shows. His pictures always looked like he was enjoying just chilling after this back to back touring jam filled year.
I have a feeling that his calendar is already getting booked up. He is a very creative person and needs to create. Whatever he is ready to dish out, I am buckled in. I can't wait. He never disappoints.
oH and eta...i hope Gaga does not do the George Michael tribute. ugh. I don't know if Adam will be asked. It would be nice though. My picks for sure would be Elton and Andrew Ridgeley. Sam S and Timberlake would annoy me. Gaga only had 6 minutes to do Bowie. Wonder how much time would be allotted for George?
