IMO, Project Runway is not poop worthy.
I do think that either GMA or the VMAs would be very worthy and BIG exciting news!

So, if Q3 says the end-of-August event does NOT involve MTV, then it can't be the VMAs, right? In my dreams, I want a famine-relief benefit concert at Wembley Stadium with all the HUGE NAMES in the business, and 100,000 people screaming their heads off.  |

Huh oh. I just got this email from Netflix. "Shipped: The Rocky Horror Picture Show"It was discussed here some weeks ago and a a few of us "virgins" vowed to watch it. I'M SKEEEERED!  (I know, it's not scary.) I'm expecting not to like it, so I can't even watch it with an open mind. But I will do my duty. I'm gettin ready!  It's fun and the music is great, so I'll bet you'll enjoy it. But I really can't imagine watching it alone in my living room. It's not so much a movie as it is an experience, and you really can't get that without sitting in a crowd of people dressed as their fav character, all shouting out the lines and ~responses on cue, and getting hit in the head with toast and rolls of toilet paper.  Therein lies the problem. I'm not really a costume-loving, toilet paper-tossing type of gal. :-/ |

I dunno what the poopy thang is but I personally wouldn't poop over a guest appearance on a cable show--I hate Lifetime so effin much lol--that's a few yrs past it's heyday. Don't get me wrong, it's good exposure and it's a good show and right up his ally but I will totes be bummin if that's the poop worthy event. Maybe we all got our hopes up waaay too high or maybe Alison's poop threshold (eww lol) is signifigantly lower than mine but when someone says something will make me crap my pants then it better be the epicest of all epicness. Like David Hasselhoff singing on the Berlin wall levels of epicness. Ya know? EPIC. Here are some guesses since I love games:
Being the first American idol to sing in SPACE!!!
He comes out with his own line of MAC cosmetics called Glamakeup because I am too tired to think of a better name.
He opens the VMA's singing a duet of Opposites Attract with Paula with him playing the role of MC Scat Cat.
He has been chosen to host SNL (and MC Scat Cat is the musical guest of course)
He reveals in a song that he was personally responsible for the capture of Osama Bin Laden.
He is writing his memoirs and will finally reveal who he is *really* sleeping with. Is it the Fwink? Or Kris? Or Tommy? Or *insert personal ship preference here*?!!
Erm..that's all I got. Hopefully the real thing is infinitely better than my suggestions.
Maybe Alison just should have kept her trap shut lol.

OK, I found it. Q3, from yesterday's thread... "I am being told something big is planned for late August, and fans will be really happy. Source is someone at MTV Networks but it does not involve MTV. That is all I can find out. Please watch for clues.

Thanks for watching the farm while I was looking into this, FlashMod. Just got word from my A&R team that they weren't aware of this because it predates AI, as Adam pointed out in his tweet, and with it, his contract with RCA/19 records. Now waiting on their confirmation of the legalities involved, but I'm glad this is looking like a non-issue now.
