Wow. Just when I think he can't impress me more. What a mensch. ... Adept as that tweet was, I don't think this was message-management on Adam's part. There was no need for message management. Career-wise, I think this release was irrelevant to Adam--no one outside of the most obsessed fans would have paid any attention to this, or to the fan-kerfluffle surrounding it. This was just Adam being a total mensch about it, seeing JSG getting a hard time, and doing what he thought was right, because he is just that good a guy. Something he really really was under no obligation to do. If anything, it was slightly (negligibly) against Adam's professional interests to tweet about the song, as he has moved past that level of work now, and as Q3 says, the amount of money he'll make off it is surely insignificant. But of course the tweet makes a huge difference to JSG--I'm sure his sales will grow exponentially as a result, and the internet-hate will immediately fade away. This was a wonderfully generous move by Adam. Color me very, very impressed. <3MWP- I (as almost always) agree with you, but would add that his hashtag (#manifestation) really jumped out at me. I think part of the reason he tweeted is because he HAS ended up with the life he was trying to build when this song was created. And while I have been on record previously as having very mixed feelings about JSG, I admire Adam's ability to reach a hand back to acknowledge someone who wants many of the same things Adam does, but hasn't been able to "manifest" it for himself yet.

So some here like LTL & some don't. Some hate LTL and some love it. Some bought LTL and some didn't. Some are thinking of buying LTL and some aren't. Well I....do NOT like it and I bought it. So there.

UKGlambert AdamLambertRocksUK by LambertUK An update by RCAEd -- Live the Life by J. Scott featuring Adam Lambert | The Official Adam Lambert Site adamofficial.com/us/node/1481830Thanks for watching the farm while I was looking into this, FlashMod. Just got word from my A&R team that they weren't aware of this because it predates AI, as Adam pointed out in his tweet, and with it, his contract with RCA/19 records. Now waiting on their confirmation of the legalities involved, but I'm glad this is looking like a non-issue now. I'm sorry -- I am supposed to believe that they were unaware of a track that was released almost a year ago? And that was in the press for 2 years. Guys, even pretty casual fans knew this was going to be released to iTunes. HELLO?!??!?!

So there. For some reason I don't think Adam will mine if his fans buy this single. I brought two versions and it sounds good in my car (fantastic sound system). If this is played in the dance clubs, I think people will enjoy it.

To me, RCA's/ AO-mods' developing response was the only weird, vaguely suspicious part of this whole story. But I know nothing about this side of things (and many sides of many things)...

So there. I like the Fonzerelli Remixes -- both of them. But I will wait until RCA Ed tells me it is OK to buy it!! Right! And if you believe that I would ever listen to what Ed tells me to do -- I have a bridge to sell you. I fully intended not to buy these track but RCA has really motivated me -- at least take a minute and do a Google search. Now maybe I can get a chance to buy the studio recordings of Citizen Vein -- the pre-Idol stuff I really want to own. I want Crawl Thru Fire studio recording!!! There are reports that there are 12 to 29 studio recordings in limbo -- some of them must be good. And that is a lot of Adam music that we have not ever gotten to hear or a chance to buy.
