• Adam Lambert was quite the doting uncle during a family dinner at Kittichai in New York with his brother, Neil, his sister-in-law and their baby. The relaxed group took over a corner table, but Lambert was especially focused on his nephew, entertaining him throughout the meal. Says an onlooker: "It was really sweet." When the hell did Neil have a kid? Ha! I wonder if it was Lee and Scarlett with Riff and not Neil at all.

Adam in an article about censored artists in Malaysia. I love that he is the third slide, just behind Katy and Gaga. (Love the chosen picture) entertainment.malaysia.msn.com/music/photos.aspx?cp-documentid=5070674When Malaysia bans and censors artistes entertainment.malaysia.msn.com/music/photos.aspx?cp-documentid=5070674&page=3Adam Lambert 15 October 2010
PAS members picketed outside Putra Indoor Stadium, Bukit Jalil, calling for the ban of the American Idol runner-up, as they say he is promoting "gay culture" in a Muslim community. However, tens of thousands of fans rocked out to the singer's concert in true support that night, making it a night to remember despite the presence of PAS supporters, who were there to distribute flyers.

OK so I just heard on Elvis Duran that they are planning/going to have some kind of MJ tribute concert (as I am sure they will, like, every year lol) with musical acts to be announced....maybe this is the poop worthy event? It would be a pretty sweet gig...good exposure to many different types of people, probably a lot of press. I dunno....probably not because I am a pessimist but it would be a sweet gig for him to snag.
ETA: But I still think it's the first Idol in SPACE idea I suggested tbh.

I am with you, Chunkey, on the latter idea. I follow various NASA entities and it would be Oh-So-Nice to have Adam in their tweets :D ...#selfishme ...also - it would be nice to see what BB could do with weihtlessness ??? ;D The only thing is BB should hurry and do it ASAP, because: in the absence of the Shuttle program the "tickets aboard Soyuz are increasing from $20 million to $51 million, each, for six seats.....Look for the Russians to be charging NASA in the range of $70 million to $80 million, if not more, by mid-decade," www.americaspace.org/?p=1916FYI (if you missed it) the Shuttle program ended yesterday abcnews.go.com/Technology/space-shuttle-atlantis-landing-ends-nasa-shuttle-program/story?id=14117477

I was doing some cooking this hot Friday morning and played my Adam CD of pre-Idol and Idol songs. I ended up a blubbering idiot. I am a friggin" old lady. I have listened to great singers all my life. I have never shed a tear listening to anyone's voice. Adam has the most magnificent voice I have ever heard. His enuciation of every word is itself a phenomenon. Adam is the first for me of understanding every word of a song. I am so glad I lived this long to hear his magnificent voice. I am really pissed that I will miss his whole career (unless I live to 110) which is unlikely since I am a reformed "wild child" of the 60's.
I had to write this because he has overwhelmed this old lady with admiration and love this fine morning. I really can't wait for the new album. Gives me just one more thing to live for......

Might explain these tweets: @negativeneilneil Lambert Today @adamlambert and I are officially uncles. The reign of terror begins. 18 Jul @negativeneilneil Lambert There is indeed another Lambert sibling. 19 Jul ;D

Yesterday I had a long drive to make so I listened to many songs I hadn't heard in a while - such joy. This morning I looked up the New Years Eve Upright Cabaret performances to listen to - luv them! I would just like to say I hope those members here dealing with health issues a quick recovery to full health. I have had some surgeries in my recent past - all good outcomes I am so grateful for. It would sorta worry me to undergo anesthesia now tho - what might I say under the influence of anesthesia ? haha
