DArn shit shit shit! I overslept and missed concert, and heard that he surprised us and sang a new song!! alright breath..going through thread right now But, but you're in Calif. Why u sleeping at 8 pm?? ;D Lol you got me there, haha Well I worked nights and vacation started today, meant to take a quick 2hr nap before concert around 3pm and ended up taking almost 4 ;( |

Adam's new song reminds me of a song by a rock band which I just can't put my finger on. I mean the emotions of it. The song is talking about the band and they are "strung out from the road" and they go into a diner and people say "is that a woman or a man?" The raw truth of the emotions... Are you thinking of "Turn the Page" Bob Seegar? I think this was much more haunting and ethereal but it could be different on the album. It does have that slow, desparate ache to it. slow, desparate ache THIS! Just THIS! That's just what I meant. The, this is who I am and people just don't fucking get it all the time, but I'm going to keep being me. And, sometimes that's hard. |

I am betting this is the stripped down version. I am trying to imagine this sped up with more instruments.
This way it sounds like a movie soundtrack.
I like "Outlaws of Love" for an album title.

Will try to recap tomorrow when I actually have a keyboard...BUT THAT WAS F*CKING AWESOME!!! What agreat concert for my very first one. Met a ton of fans, had so much fun...was so close to the stage!!!! My god he is smoking hot. I am dead.
