4. such a bitter, brutal lyric, but the first two times, Adam just floats it thru the air -- a wonderful contradiction. Just like Adam turns away hateful comments with his kindness. Then, the last time, he powerfully proclaims his point, that they WILL NOT. The composition, the interpretation, the vocals... all sublime. But, you knew that already! I love that description Cassie! That is exactly what I was feeling but didn't quite know how to express. How his voice just "floats lightly" on some of those notes. Exquisite, just perfectly exquisite. |
