Thank you. I am like a lemming, can't commit to loving a song without the Cassie Seal of approval. What kind of range does this song have? It sounded like a difficult song to sing and sound interesting. He has used the same note structure on another song at the 30 second mark. I can't place it. Do you recognize it? Oh, I think you loved the song when you first heard it. How could you not? You just wanted someone else to tell you why it touched you so, right? I think the main reason this hits me so hard is the gentle, delicate, floating way he sings what could be a bitter, angry, confrontive song. You can imagine someone just spitting out those lyrics in defiance. The fact that he does not, but instead, caresses them with a tender melancholy sigh is very touching. Is it difficult to sing? Like that it sure is! The voice is so exposed. Nothing to hide behind. If it was interpreted in the angry, aggressive way it could be, belting out the lyrics, it would be easier. It would take less subtle, delicate control. If you listen, he very carefully places each note on the pitch, no slurring of note or word. There is an exactness to it that is difficult, especially with all the adrenaline flowing at a concert. He has to bury himself into the song to produce it. The range is Eb3-Eb5 --- two octaves. Nothing difficult for Adam, but beyond many singers out there. Yes, that phrase at :30 does sound familiar, but, for the life of me, I can't place it. Anyone else?

I think we've got it!
Outlaws of Love
Oh, nowhere left to go. Are we getting closer? No. All we know is No. Nights are getting colder, colder
Hey. Tears all fall the same. We all feel the rain. We can't change.
Everywhere we go, we're looking for the sun. Nowhere to grow old. We're always on the run. They say we'll rot in hell, but I don't think we will. They've branded us enough. Outlaws of love.
Scars make us who we are. Hearts and homes are broken, broken. Far, we could go so far With our minds wide open, open. Hey. Tears all fall the same We all feel the rain We can't change.
Everywhere we go, we're looking for the sun. Nowhere to grow old. We're always on the run. They say we'll rot in hell, but I don't think we will. They've branded us enough. Outlaws of love.
