listening to the twitvid of Outlaws of Love with his intro and the beginning of the song and the lyrics so clear, and thinking about this movie "Shelter" the gif is from, which I love, my heart is aching. It's a good ache though.

I just watched the video of the new song and again my hands were shaking and shivers went up my spine. It's so beautiful.

Oh Holy shit! He should be illegal! A controlled substance, at the very least. Holy shit. But is he as sexy as David Cook???? Ha, Ha. Don't forget to vote and answer that with resounding, "HELL YEAH!"

I don't listen to the radio much and I'm sure not the one to ask about "radio friendliness," but this song would STAND OUT and that would be very refreshing. Like that Rolling in the Deep song, so different from the rest of the stuff on the dial. I don't know that he will release it to radio, but it's truly awesome and will be all over the place tomorrow!

Guys.. if this song goes to radio, I think it will get play a lot.... that if the DJ and the program director can get pass the fact what's the song about Maybe with a bit more rock sounds... :-/ I cannot wait for the studio version of this song because it will be symphonic with the right instrumentation but.... I don't think it will be a single for Top40 and that is where Adam will go first. I think this is one of the songs on his new album that he wrote for himself and his adoring fans. *points at self* The bolded part is what came to my mind too. Beautiful song and can't wait to hear a clearer version of it:-)

I'm anxious to hear what Lyndsay Parker says about Outlaws Of Love! I'm sure some flailing will be involved! ;D
Has Q3 checked in yet?

Oh, I think you loved the song when you first heard it. How could you not? You just wanted someone else to tell you why it touched you so, right? I think the main reason this hits me so hard is the gentle, delicate, floating way he sings what could be a bitter, angry, confrontive song. You can imagine someone just spitting out those lyrics in defiance. The fact that he does not, but instead, caresses them with a tender melancholy sigh is very touching. Is it difficult to sing? Like that it sure is! The voice is so exposed. Nothing to hide behind. If it was interpreted in the angry, aggressive way it could be, belting out the lyrics, it would be easier. It would take less subtle, delicate control. If you listen, he very carefully places each note on the pitch, no slurring of note or word. There is an exactness to it that is difficult, especially with all the adrenaline flowing at a concert. He has to bury himself into the song to produce it. The range is Eb3-Eb5 --- two octaves. Nothing difficult for Adam, but beyond many singers out there. Yes, that phrase at :30 does sound familiar, but, for the life of me, I can't place it. Anyone else? TY
