The save link to Charl's IG. I think he used a bit of a grey filter on this one as Adam's hair looks a lot darker in the two IG stories. But could be the Ginger color from this week was just a rinse.

Review of TOH album which got posted just yesterday: twitter.com/OrcasoundMontre/status/866050149763690496Orcasound @orcasoundmontre @adamlambert shows what he is all about on The Original High. Read review here: www.orcasound.com/2017/05/19/adam-lambert-the-original-high-2/ … A solid pop album with plenty of dance music sensibilities. You pretty much know what you are getting from this former American Idol contestant. Plenty of emotion in his lyrics and a great voice. Smart enough to know that his voice, which is front and centre on most tracks, is a nice weapon but in order to distinguish himself from a ton of other good singers he must pour himself into songs. There is plenty “artist” in the man. To keep things interesting sonically he has thrown in a rock track “Lucy” featuring Queen’s Brian May on guitar and one of the strongest tracks on the album is the power ballad “There I Said It”. There is also a fun duet with Swedish singer Tove Lo on the track “Rumors”. Lambert and his peeps understand that even though he has a great voice you have to throw in enough variety to keep the music buying public interested.

Seems like Adam had another session for his tattoo which now extends over his whole shoulder. You can also see the top of his Antinous tattoo.

Queen retweeted this: SundayTimesMagazine @thestmagazine Cover story: Brian May on the debauchery of the Freddie Mercury years. By @km_km_km_ @drbrianmay @londonstereo thetim.es/2q0b5Tz You have to log in to see the whole story. Long article, but as melliemom added worth the read. Adam is mentioned as well: Next year will finally see the release of a long-awaited Freddie Mercury biopic, with Rami Malek playing the singer, and May and Queen’s drummer, Roger Taylor, on board as music producers. We Will Rock You, a musical based on Queen’s hits, ran at the Dominion Theatre for 12 years from 2002. Since 2012, Queen have toured live with the American Idol finalist Adam Lambert singing Mercury’s lines (heresy in my opinion, but apparently Freddie would have loved him). Nothing, though, can eclipse May’s 2002 moment astride the top of Buckingham Palace, playing a guitar solo of God Save the Queen for the jubilee. The roof was his idea; the organisers had initially envisaged him wandering through the state rooms for the performance, but he thought it lacked impact. Perhaps he is more like Freddie than we will ever know.
