geezzz, you're right. He'd take them off tho, right?? I actually made myself laugh with the thought of him taking them off and traipsing through the mud in his socks or bare feet. My husband is out of town for 8 days and I obviously have waaaaayyyy too much time on my hands and Adam on my mind. But the boy know what needs to be done...

Wow! I was gone most of the day and it took me a very long time to finish this thread!! AFL = So much pretty, fierceness, and joy at last nights concert! So glad that some Atopians got to celebrate with Adam at this 'badass amazing concert'! I kept playing OOL from my iPod in my car today as I went places with my son. The song really touches my heart....my son even asked me if I was alright. I let him know how emotional the song was to me. I want to add my HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISHES FOR CRAZYFORADAM and SEASHELL!![/size] ETA: And another big THANK YOU to all who contributed pics, vids, tweets, reviews, recaps, beautiful masks, and lots of major 'flailing' to make this such a special and fun concert!!

I still haven't recovered enough from this concert to form coherent thoughts. I didn't even know sauli was there...how did I miss that? I'm a bit sad that I didn't manage to meet up with any other atop peeps (sniff. I feel like the kid that didn't get an invite to the party) BUT the ladies I did meet were so much fun. Found a whole crew from my own town and all four of us were adam-concert-virgins :-) Are all shows as good as this one? It was just so much fun! I do have to say that the screaming girl who kept shrieking "marry me Adam!" was right beside me! So I didn't really get to hear ool until I watched the videos today! Pretty song, I think it will be gorgeous when we hear the official version. Awww, I'm sorry that you never found any Atopians but it is great that you found a crew from your hometown. Someone to get together with for TV viewings etc. Yes, all shows are as good as this one. As a matter of fact, I bet at your next one you will decide that IT is now the best concert evah!!!! Happens every time. LOL Also, you are not alone. Myself and I am sure many others have been in that same daze, listening to YTs the next day just to remind oneself of what one heard. Adam has that effect. When you watch him it goes by in a blink of an eye and the focus is so intense that afterward all you want to do, is do it again.

I've been watching vids, and while I know it's been said before, I need to reiterate....Sauli is one lucky son of a bitch. Really this would have been the 1st concert where there was a direct beneficiary of post concert energy....

Q3 - Miachihu and I noticed that Bon Jovi have a song called Outlaws of Love on you tube. When AFL was introducing his, I didn't hear him name the song's title. Did he? Or have peeps named it for him? Can two artists have the same title for different songs and it's no big deal? If so, Bon Jovi's is probably getting more hits this weekend! Song titles cannot be copyrighted -- there are many songs with identical titles. The lyrics can be copyrighted and protected. Bon Jovi's "Outlaws of Love" is an unreleased song from New Jersey their fourth album (September 19, 1988). It will not confuse anyone. It is a very different song. And although they used to perform it, I do not believe that they perform it any more. The title was not said by Adam in his intro, but was listed on the set list as "Outlaws of Love". So fans are not assuming this is the title.

Love the media coverage OoL is receiving. From PopStar: His ethereal delivery of the song was surpassed only by the lyrics which poignantly express the angst associated with intolerance in our society. Lambert's homage to the cause follows "Aftermath" - an anthem from his first album which was more upbeat and contaiNed Sparks of hope and optimism. In contrast, "Outlaws of Love" is far weightier and subdued. Includes a link to the Talc video. www.popstar.com/News/Music/Article/169
