Now I have only one negative comment to make. He forgot Dr. Brian Mays' name. Dr. Mays has sung his praises. Hope he doesn't see the clip. Ohterwise the show and the clips are a masterpiece. ...must admit I had an "oh shit" moment when he forgot Brian's name.... it passed. I felt the same way ,but then I thought Adam really is one of us ..not totally perfect.If I remember correctly Brian May also forgot Adam's name during an interview.. Can't remember which one. |

Anyone notice that extra pimping Adam got with VH1 saying Glam Nation played arenas around the world. Casual fans don't have any idea what size venues he played they made it sound BIG plus they called the tour EXTRAVAGANT. Great marketing leading into the next album cycle. I did notice the arena comment. Now that is the right kind of hyperbole! |

VH1 does love Adam! Everything about this was a win! They really portrayed Adam as a the star he is, deserving of this show.

Both my mom and my DD watched with me!!!! Mom is not surprising but DD!!!! OMG! I can't believe it! She was sitting next to me as we were working on her med school apps and she actually put her laptop away and watched!!!! I know it might seem silly but for me -this was a real gift!
Her reaction:" why are they talking about him being gay all the time? who cares?..."
I have to go rewatch... I was too nervous to absorb anything...a few new glimpses from the school years... otherwise - not much new, except for the "Freak Flag"...overall - pretty positive, especially Barry Weise's words...
The extra clips are great! love them!

Go to Vh1 they have bonus clips on there site you can watch there are 4 videos Thanks, hon. For some reason, my computer won't allow me to see the clips; the page is kinda grey'd out. Will try again later. |
