I thought the voting for the Do Something award would be closed by now. It's still letting me vote, and of course I feel obligated to do so. *sigh* Just give Adam the damned award already. I tried to get in and it said "Voting closed." ??? I can still vote, which I am doing although it makes no sense - they must have their results tabulated by now. (perhaps I have it because I never closed the window since yesterday?) |

There are many singers that are worth more than Keys...too many to list...??? I threw Alicia Keys in there as I wanted some "big" name that wasn't from Idol in it for comparison purposes. I would have taken GAGa or Madonna but they didn't caught my eye. And yeah, I know that these kind of lists are pretty much unfounded rubbish. The numbers by themselves are not interesting, but what is "news worthy" (by standards of "anything Adam" or "anything American Idol") is that the list exists and that people will read it and some will believe it true. At least in here we have no desire to start the "who's the most successful and what indicators should be used to determine success" -war ;D |

While we are on the topic of Macs - has anyone ever ordered one of the hard cover photo albums using iPhoto? I was playing around with it last night - started building an "Adam album" and oh my word - it looks truly lovely. I almost flailed myself into a stupor. It will take me months to get it perfect and I think it could be worth it. Strange - I had no trouble switching over to the Mac. I find that itunes is easier to use with it. I plug my ipad or itouch into my Mac and they both know what to do to each other (prompts for everything!) And so much faster! Next stop, an iphone - my android is driving me absolutely crazy - too much work. I have truly gone stupid over everything Apple. And their customer service is absolutely superb. Spring, I've put together and ordered lots of these! I have been happy with the quality of both the hard covers and soft covers. I have had a mac for about 4 years now and although the transition was very frustrating cause I couldn't do things as fast on my mac initially, I am a convert and would never go back. Get the iphone - you will die of happiness overload! Love having the ease and compatibility plus everything in an easy to carry package. |

gelly - a lot of the pics have already been posted in today's thread, but not all of them.
I wonder if Adam practices his "looks" for the cameras, he always looks so gorgeous yet dignified, and many of his pics have similar expressions - his red carpet look is what I mean.
I was lurking last night, enjoyed all the flailing on the thread!
Thanks to everyone for bringing all the pics and vids!
Here we go again for tonight, can't wait!

Alicia Keys was a good comparison choice ...being a Canadian et al...so thanks for the list, even if it is mosly questionable!  eta...I am really having to apologize a lot today.....I need that whippy thing of Adam's to do a little self-flagellation today!! yikes.... |
