About the picture situation: Does anyone know about the legal consequences if one us were to register with one of these sites and buy the pictures? Would it be ok to either upload them to a separate site for all to see? Was that why Ninni closed down her site maybe? I know she had some problems but I thought they were to do with them being copied in places she had no control over. Gelly, I'm sending you a pm The pictures from these sites are copyrighted and watermarked and it is illegal to upload them to other sites as far as I know. I think what usually happens is that fansites may get away with this for a while but if they become too well known they may get cease and desist letters from the companies. I think one of the problems with Adam fandom is that the media has linked directly to the fansites a lot and may have brought legal attention their way. One of the downsides of the media attention Adam receives. I know the same thing happened with some U2 sites that got linked to by media sites. Thanks for replying - I thought it was something like that - I don't think I want to get involved in any legal matters if I can help it ! |

I asked earlier on the thread today if this bold guy that we saw both in Equality Awards and in DSA was a bodyguard and miachihu found out that we can see the same guy on this video from Canada. At the end when Adam walks of the stage we can see him again! So he must be a bodyguard!!! I nominate miachihu HEAD NINJA!!!!!!!  Atop has the best peeps !!!!!!  |

Who wrote that Huff po article? I couldn't find an author. Adam Levine just threw Adam Lambert under the bus. He must have the absolute smallest penis. He is using Adam, his name and his fans, to make himself look better, above. This is disgusting. Really really nauseating. I just realized. He is the acting voice of the LBGT who are angry with Adam. This is backlash because Adam got the equality award. What's his name, the asshole at Out must have been in contact with Levine's brother. I know this in my gut. They are using Levine to say what they want to say because Levine is straight. Levine the new spokesperson for the gays that resent Adam. Brilliantly executed.
