This was unexpected! A really big shoutout from Nile! He has lots of followers, so this should make the rounds in a big way. I hope Nile and Adam will do something together again. They really like and respect each other. Adam could use another performance with a really big name. And maybe even a big name connected with one of his new songs? Just dreaming here.... |

I hear ya on that one! I care about the music; his personal life is just that. I do NOT fantasize about somebody else's life so I guess I'm not a romantic. LOL I third these devotions... though I am a bit of a romantic I keep it centred on what I can control, that is my own relationship :-) When a fan follows someone as closely as most of us follow Adam, it's natural to take your interest far beyond the music. We all feel that we know a lot about Adam and his life. He has let us in for a long time, very honestly and openly. (I know we don't know his most private life, but you know what I mean.) I think being interested in his romantic life is natural and normal. It really makes being a fan very worthwhile. I love him for his music, but I also love him as a person because of all his great qualities. It makes being a fan a lot more fun and a lot richer. And I am a hopeless romantic. I do love thinking about Adam and Sauli together as an actual couple and not "just friends." But that's just me. And I'm as eager for Adam's own new music as everybody else here is. |

Thank you girldrummer. I don't feel so alone now. I just remember Adam being so happy when he was in love with Sauli. They were so silly together and he was always smiling. He said so many nice things about Sauli when he was in interviews on TV and they were so cute together - When they walked the red carpet and would pose for pics. I really was so happy for the two of them. I am a hopeless romantic and I have always loved people in love. It makes me happy. Maybe because I know how it feels. My husband and I have been together for 54 years, married for 51.

Has anyone seen the current TV commercial for Chanel perfume? It seems they have a female singing Runnin' Or is it my imagination! It's not Adam's Runnin'.......different song and by Beyonce (I think).... though the repetition of the word is very similar.  I've been hearing it all this week again, pro football I guess, and it's driving me batty. It's always - I know that song - it's not a queen song (we're hearing don't stop me now in a daily commercial too). Dang, that's Runnin'. No, no it's not runnin but it sounds like runnin and it should be, grrr. |

My husband and I have been together for 54 years, married for 51. Loved seeing Adam and Sauli together. Who knows what caused the decision to move apart? There was the move to the high-rise condo from the single family house, maybe a side effect of the RCA rift. Sauli had tried to televise his experiences in LA to Finland and create his own opportunities in LA. But I guess I can see that Adam's touring schedule would be tough on a person trying to fit in to a new country. Sauli tried, I think. He made contacts with people in the Finnish embassy, if memory serves. In so many interviews, Adam said that Sauli was very independent. I expect that Sauli is still examining his career options. |

Until Adam says they are something other than really good friends it does not matter how much of a romantic anyone else is cause it is non transferable. Nor does it matter that he and Sauli were in love at one time or thought they were and it made some people happy. Things change for many different reasons. If they both (not just one) really wanted to be together on a more permanent basis now, they would find a way to make it happen most likely. Wishing for something, without knowing that is what Adam wants, may be someone's fantasy but is it what he wants or needs? Yes, we all love him and want him to be happy but I want him to be happy on his terms and with his choices and not that of fans looking from the outside. |

I think few people would not expect another guy in Adams life other than Sauli...most want to see him happy with whoever that may be...but Adam is feeding the fantasy in a big way with his last two photos he shared of him and Sauli...it's not coming from nowhere...not every day two exes go on a Greece get-away, that couldn't be more romantic...
