Frankly I want a pendant that says "It's not that deep." A lot of ppl in this fandom could really take that to heart lol

I had been looking at the other designs already for sale on the Pennyroyal site. They already had locks, keys, wings, etc. I didn't really know what to expect, but I love the meaning behind what he chose. I'm going to buy & wear this. I'm sure it will help me when discussing things like politics & religion with people I need to keep peace with - I should have had one yesterday. >:(   |

Re: the peace pendant -- I've regretted for some time not buying the Eye of Horus pendant, and none of the subsequent designs have changed my mind. However, I do love hippie Adam, and this design makes me think of the cover of Acoustic Live!, which is a gooood thing. "Only a closed mind is always certain" Must be why I'm always confused! I'm rarely certain of anything! To my mind, reality is complicated. *Homer Simpson voice* ...Or... IS it????? ;D I really enjoyed the discussion (related to what Adam meant by 'lifestyle') last night. I love that Adam inspires debate and that he promotes human diversity as both a reality and as something to be cherished. Mahalia, I quoted the same part of that Twitlonger yesterday, about the evolved souls within the LGBT community. Reminded me of my children, and Adam. Loved it. |

I see kids with peace signs AND tie-dyed shirts around here--small town and semi-liberal. Nice. Peace sign is timeless. I see tie dye shirts everywhere. I really wasn't into the other designs so never purchased but this one I am going to buy simply because of the message behind it straight from Adam's thoughts. He mentioned recently that some of his new music will be about not judging a book by its cover and I believe that is exactly what is happening with this design. Yes, it is a simple and not original design but when you look at the deeper meaning according to Adam regarding the Trevor Project the meaning is profound and so perfect. He amazes me. |
