Pretty much everyone who posted about how "difficult" it will be to do this musical with Adam's and John's schedules. I think only 3 people think it is not a problem.

I had forgotten about this interview. It is excellent. Hope Andrew Lloyd Weber does not listen tho'. Yes, Adam raves about JCS and how he would love to do it. But he also throws shade on ALW's later work. Oops.

I don't see any point in even discussing his scedule. He's either in it or not. If yes (which I hope), his scedule allows it. Simple as that. We just have to wait and see. Not trying to put down conversations, I understand the fun in speculating. I just don't see why any of us would know better. ☺️

I can’t see how it is a problem at all! Just remember the very first QAL full concert took ONLY NINE (9 )days of rehearsals! Waiting and hoping...

Since I have always been in the "doable" category, I will go even further in justifying all recent news by saying that his comments on Chattyman about being in the studio in January is all about finishing the album in time for JCS promo. Who needs sleep! I'm all in until he stomps on my poor sad little heart.

I know nothing of anyone's schedule - never looked - but I'm sure of three things..... 1) If Adam gets the part he will move heaven and earth to make it work timing wise 2) he will already know every word, note, expression, move; he'll be more than ready right now. He's been waiting for this role most of his life. 3) IMHO he's not going to stomp on your little heart LindaG23 . He's got this!

Listening to ALW here (17:20 into the video), I suspect that he might actually agree with AFL: "I don't think I could write it again today"... youtu.be/YEefHQMjahA?t=1041

Pretty much everyone who posted about how "difficult" it will be to do this musical with Adam's and John's schedules. I think only 3 people think it is not a problem. I was thinking last night that there could be paralels in our own little adamtopia world to the JCS storyline, especially after reading wikipedia which explains the songs much more. So those of us who may be questioning are simply doing our version of singing "Are you Listening?" Ooops wrong musical but really does have some of the same questions as "Heaven on their Minds". I think the whole thing will be much more complex than let's get together and put on a JCS concert. That really involves a lot of assumptions that the tv audience knows what the heck is going on and from my perspective, we wouldn't. There has to be visuals and a storyline, there might be a lot of pre-filming for storyline of things they can show on screens behind the singers. It's not going to be a one week lead time.
