Didn't he once say that if he wasn't an entertainer he might have gone into psychology? Looks like he's doing both. And doing a fine job of it too.

Impressions started this whole mess.

Tommy did address it in a Tommy way which is not an Adam way but I disagree that it would have been better for Tommy to deal with it. I'm not saying it would have hurt for him to be more forceful on Twitter but it's not about Tommy. It's not even about Sauli. It's about Adam.

Adam is the boss. He's the reason why people around the world know who Tommy and Sauli (although the Finns knew him earlier) are or even think of their private lives. Nothing coming from either of them will carry the weight of Adam talking. They can't wrangle his fans the way the man himself can.

Is this an unpleasant side of what Adam has to deal with? Yes but I see no reason to hide it from him. He can handle it better than almost anyone and when it comes to all things Adam, he really is the only one who can handle it with any authority



That's what I remember too happycat. I didn't really see it as a diss but rather a "he's not my type because he's gay" kind of reaction without saying he's gay. I think the more sophisticated "it doesn't matter if he's gay or not because it wouldn't happen anyway" perspective is something that often comes with age and may be less prevalent in teens. Not non-existent, just less prevalent.

I know we've discussed Aftermath as a perfect "boot" song on Idol. If I were to guess, I'd say this tweet from David Cook means he will have the coveted boot song.



I am a Cook fan and think this will be great for him. He has a new album coming out soon, so the exposure will be great. Also, he's a 19 and RCA client so it gives me faith in them doing right by David and ultimately, faith in their promoting of Adam's #2 when the time comes.

And one more Idol thing, JHud tweeted and asked her fans what they thought of her touring with Christina? I'd go!

Oh, I quite agree with your assessment. I had those sentiments in my original draft but deleted some of it while wresting with whether or not I may offend peeps. The truncated version did not adequately express my rant concerned view. I am not talking about kidding around about that stuff.

Believe me, I have watched enough Finnish BB and that morning show thingie without understanding what the heck I'm hearing. And I had a big shit-eating grin on my face cuz that kid is sooooo cyuuuute!

Also, I right-click-saved so many of those Bora Bora jet ski pics that I just KNOW I've duplicated some and will have to go make time to cleanup the folders. So yeah... not talking about that harmless bit of fun.

It is the character assassination and certaintude that I know the moral fibre of the these strangers that I refrain from entertaining. I realize that I can't make hard judgments about people based upon still shots, screencaps and GIFs as it does not adequately reflect real life.

So basically, I think we're saying the same thing. (I should have stepped away from PC like I usually do when shit gets too real.)
