Looks like there is a lot of earthquake damage in Christchurch. Where is Bridgeymah? NoAngelPF NoAngelPF Oh, yikes! RT BreakingNews On quake: Church has collapsed; concrete in Victoria Sq has lifted; city bridge impassable bit.ly/fgslLiChristchurch is in New Zealand. Bridgey's in Australia. Don't know what city Catzmadam is in... anybody? Just tuning in to everything was on the road driving from a meeting out of town for most of the day out of radio range (happens here) and just heard about the earthquake. Wow what on earth did the southern hemisphere do to the universe this year! Hope friends, family and assorted others in NZ are all ok... must check on a few of mine. I see the professor had to come out and school a few wayward fans today. Nicely done and past time I would say :-)

late reading through the thread, laughing (chunkey your visual communication skills are A++++++) and thinking. love tats, especially sleeves and cuffs, think they are very sexy and rock n' roll. twitter: love Adam's response, hoping outside of the examiner, the real press doesn't really notice as his rant is fairly hard to interpret for outsiders. As he mentioned in the social media summit, one of the amazing things about social media was how fans have connected and created communities with each other. This is where the disruption was happening--it was spreading out ripples of larger infighting and negativity throughout the Adam fan twitterverse, and this is why I would guess Adam decided to address it, along with whatever he might have perceived as an attack on a friend, rather than just blocking and ignoring the obvious trolls. Twitter is a community, a fragmented community, but one with far-reaching tendrils that is great at spreading info for good or ill to many fansites as well as amongst it's users, so that even if no one on your feed is saying anything disturbing, someone on your feed might well point out that something negative is being said that they see on tweetdeck...i.e. "I can't believe what that person just tweeted", which then upsets their twitter followers, which then leads to a disturbance in the larger force. Adam, being a jedi-knight, sensed this, and swooped in with his tweet-sabre. The very obvious trolls, and very unreality-connected aren't likely to stop their behavior outright, but several accounts do get locked or hidden or deleted, their followers might drop off a bit, and those retweeting and angsting are reminded that spreading negativity even unwittingly helps to bring it to A's attention, and they don't want that to happen again, so start to refrain. In terms of twitter numbers added, doesn't he usually add between 1,000-2,500 a day on average? When I've scanned back briefly looking for patterns I don't see many, except that Beiber fans seem to be prevalent and to be adding in little clusters. I'm interested to see how the DVD does -- I have seen adds for it at the beginning of his Vevo vids, so I'm assuming at least a little promotional money is being spent (or maybe Vevo threw that in?). I'd also love to know numbers for the acoustic CD, is it still selling? What rate has it settled into? Sending love and hope to folks in Christchurch, who really need it right now.
