Here's some info on a POSSIBLE sighting for him later this week. Idol is 86ing its Top 24 party for a first-ever Idol prom (LOL) via People.com. At first I kind of doubted he'd go, not wanting to steal thunder from the contestants, but maybe he'll go as a gesture of goodwill and a chance to mingle with JLo and Steven Tyler. So, my guess is a a 50-50 possibility that he'll be there. It's at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, so in the neighborhood. |

So... from all those BB (baby, borabora, bigbrother, babyboy, bigboy, boyboy...) pics from last night and this morning... I was struck by one overriding thought.. I really like AFL's posture! And, as weird as this makes me, I believe I can identify him by his posture alone at this point. [This is prolly a very strange thing to be noticing rather than squeeing/flailing over th"love/romance/vacay" but there you have it...]

yes these are pap pictures. Besides the "evidence" that you are quoting, there is the obvious that Adam makes no attempt to make a happy face, which for promo pictures he surely would have done. He looks in frustration seeing that they followed him even to the ends of the earth and when Sauli has his hands up in that "its that big" gesture, I presume that he was talking about their tele-lenses.
Yup, not fun for Adam, if he can't hide there, where can he hide? In fact this is for the resort quite a marketing problem that these pictures are out, because I bet that their promise of seclusion and privacy as one of their main perks.
I do believe that it is their own mistake, because if they would not have shown all that info at the Grammy booth at the time, we would not have been able to guess and neither would the paps have known.
I think they must have underestimated the power of information spread in 2011.
Have to say, as a fan I a torn, because I sure love these pics and enjoy them so I am as guilty as anyone else. Love his look, those trunks with that life jacket, his standing up straight and proud and yes I agree that posture is quite unique, as much a mixture of strong and gentle messages as he as a person represents, and just to soften any illusion of a tough, sportsman appeal, there always is that little nail polish. Totally unique.
Gotta love him.

You know what I just realized, from the pictures, that makes me think they were posed for? Adam took his sunglasses off. Why in the world would he have his sunglasses off with the sun glaring on that light blue water unless he wanted his face to be seen. Sauli has his on. Adam has photos, when he is out and about taken with his sunglasses on all the time. So, although the pics may say Splash, my guess, like Suzie's, is that these were taken by the hotel photo staff and were agreed to be released for publication. Perhaps Splash was the one who got the deal. My second thought is, if this trip is considered an endorsement deal of the hotel by Adam, does that make this trip a business write off, instead of a "free trip.?" That's a good question; seems like it would. I know if you have an article published from a trip, you can write it off as a business expense. Maybe that's how they alleviated some of the expenses that were being incurred from the goodie bags, (where every nominee, etc. got them whether they wanted them or not and then were responsible for claiming as income.) After that, they converted to gifting suites, giving the celeb the choice of what they accept and maybe it is part of an "official endorsement deal," and therefore can be written off. I don't know if the Feds have a set barometer of how much publicity qualifies. When a travel writer has an article published, all extraneous expenses (tips, cabs, tolls, additional meals) can be written off, even if the trip itself is comped. But do blogs count? Official endorsements? Tweets? I don't know. |

None of those pictures look posed to me. I think Adam has his glasses on his head b/c he might have lost them otherwise. Mostl likely they weren't tight-fitting enough for the bouncing of the jet ski. In this picture it looks like Adam has spotted the paps and is informing Sauli. If celebs had to give up their privacy I doubt many would agree to go on the trip.
