I have? I am not sure how a selfie is considered his personal life. I am not sure you have the right to tell anyone what they can or can't post. Your not a Mod. Thank you. 3ku1 - I appreciate reading your point of view. Keep it up! ![](http://i770.photobucket.com/albums/xx348/Quu3/Adam%20Smilys/adamthumbsup.gif) ![](http://i770.photobucket.com/albums/xx348/Quu3/Adam%20Smilys/adamthumbsup.gif)

Isn’t Riff‘s birthday on Monday, January 29th? I‘m wondering, because I‘ve never celebrated anybody’s birthday before the actual date. (That means bad luck where I live.) So is that normal in the US?

I know we're almost at 'the big day' - Adam's birthday. Thought I'd pass on to everyone a very worthy organization that has been working tirelessly to find pets lost in the firestorm of October. This is the organization that will receive my donation in honor of the birthday of the greatest performer I've ever known. If you're still 'on the fence' about donating, here is some information. Please know I'm not soliciting anything. Just passing along information about people who are dedicated to finding displaced animals and bringing them home to the owners who have already lost so much. www.winecountryanimallovers.org/donateHappy Birthday, Adam!!

Sometimes the parties are planned for the day everyone can get together. I'm sure they acknowledge his birthday on the actual day!

So is that normal in the US? it is very normal in the US to celebrate birthdays on the weekend before or after the actual date, especially for a child's birthday party. Makes it's easier for people to come to a daytime party, especially people who work during the week. And children's parties are best held during the daytime, especially if going outside is an option.
