Wow, if that Burning Man thing is true, I'm really happy for Adam! Wouldn't it be just another amazing full circle moment. The vision has become reality, and now he'd get to go back to celebrate and feed his creative spirit before the next era. Not to mention introduce Sauli to the wonders of the event. I really don't think this impacts album work or promo at all. Adam has been working like a fiend! I'm sure they have timelines all set, and Adam found a way to fit this in. Can you imagine: RCA: Okay, Adam, let's finish up this album and start promo next week. Adam: Naw, I don't wanna. I'm gonna go fuck off to the desert for a week. LOL, no. He doesn't have to go for a whole week. He has the resources (and probably friends with tickets) to fly in, drive/taxi/glitter-limo out, and make a whole day of it. |

A long weekend would make sense also. Like SusieFierce said on Twitter, Labor Day weekend maybe. Nothing gets done in the U.S. that weekend, so it'd be perfect. |

My guess would be the weekend, Labor Day weekend. I think many of the participants do not go for the full week. |

This is something he would want to share with Sauli and I strongly suspect, the album is finished. RCA is just waiting for announcements and releases. IMO, Aug.29-Sept.5 belongs to Kelly Clarkson's release hoopla. At the taping of the Do Something awards (8/15) Adam told Laura Saltman that his album was not finished. Maybe he has the single picked out, but it sounds like he still has some work to do to complete the album. |

Our Kanadie, said artists are rarely present for those things. I think (only my opinion) that the recording part is done. I think the single is finished and that's what he was doing in NY a few weeks ago with Benny Blanco. If Adam said it was finished, he'd be hounded non-stop on Twitter by the fans! I don't think he will say it is finished until the official announcement. But I am just speculating. I know nothing! ;D Even if he is still recording, nothing can happen over Labor Day anyway. |

I doubt whether Adam will be going to Burning man .. IMHO He's too famous at this point to have the experience he had in '05 .I think that was then and this is now. It's nice to dream though. What I gleaned from article .. the Vintage place was just using Adam's appearance for some good old fashioned advertising.
