Uhm, no ridiculous runs all over the place. Pageant performance. It just sounded like Rihanna's song tho not as good. She killed it on SNL and the Grammy's. Of course Adam did a fantastic cover of it. Jared Letto also did a really good version of it on an award show. This guy was okay but I think all the others did it better. Wig boy changed the pronoun to SHE; dude you said wig, you ain’t fooling anyone. m.youtube.com/watch?v=ISY6Pz3kxeY

Besides I just saw an article that said that Sally Fields set Adam Rippon up to meet her son! lol So embarrassing when your Mom interferes in your love life!! It was quite cute seeing it happen in pretty much real time...son and mom tweeting and texting back and forth and then Sally tweeted Adam. Adam and Sam finally met this weekend at the HRC awards.

I totally get what you're saying phronni7 . For me too, Adam is the most sexy when he doesn't try too hard. Less is definitely more for me in terms of drawing me in. However, I understand that there are different artistic interpretations for a song like GDML. Hetero male point of view here GDML is not about being sexy. It is about (rough) SEX. It has a background projection of naked ladies in windows (very Amsterdam Red Light District IMHO), and just listen to those lyrics! The song literally calls for a certain acting interpretation. So when he sings that song without "getting down", I am totally disappointed and feel like he is half-assing the performance. YMMV. I like the "male point of view".

Watching Adam's Instagram chat, I was struck by how many times he used the word authentic when it came to his music. I found it interesting when asked about collaborating with a rapper/hip hop -- even if guaranteed a hit -- he would only do it if it felt right/was authentic. I love Adam's honesty. Definitely hope he'll find some way to authentically do something hip-hop oriented in the future because it's been my dream to see him work with my boy Mike Shinoda since he was still competing on idol. luckily Mike is not exclusively hip-hop and is the master at blending genres so not all hope is lost lol

I get it, and I am thrilled to know that Adam is NOT letting you down. He is definitely "getting down" as of late

When I saw this on twitter earlier today, I noticed that someone replied that hopefully we will see more stuff like this for Adam's "era 4". Shoshanna replied to that in the sense that nowadays we don't think of eras anymore. I would have liked to bring her tweet over, but it looks like Shoshanna deleted it. She probably got swamped with all sorts of questions. There seemed to some confusion over what she meant so maybe that's why she deleted. Who knows; she tends to tweet & delete a lot. Releasing singles every couple months to keep an artist fresh in the listener's minds versus waiting months even years to release an entire album all at once has become industry standard for a while now. So yeah, "eras" with a distinct start and finish are a thing of the past.Yup. It makes total sense to me, and I think it was discussed here before also. I just thought it would be re-assuring for everybody to know that Adam's publicist pretty much sees it that way too. All good for me. Can't wait for the next new song!!

When will these two meet already?!! I really want it to happen!!! #entitlement I’d think it is a very strong possibility that they know one another already. They have quite a few friends in common. Also, this tweet is from 2009. Oh...duh. But thanks!
