Yay! My daughter is ok! She lives in Virginia Beach, 3 blocks from the ocean. Her husband is a Marine and they evacuated all dependents in his unit to Williamsburg. I had visions of dark, dank hotel while my grandson was traumatized from the wind and rain, but they put them in a family friendly hotel with a theme park for the children, transported food in refrigerated trucks and didn’t run out of food. When they returned to their home, only very minor damage and had a sea turtle in their front yard which animal control came for promptly. Much to my grandson’s dismay because he has a stuffed sea turtle name Shelly and thought she had come to visit. Good to hear!! LOL about the sea turtle, maybe he can swim with them in the ocean when he gets older.  |

Yes she fell off the piano..She's so talented,why can't she just sing,dance and write songs,isn't that enough? People will say the same thing about Adam :-/ But the thing with me about Gaga, is that it seems that she built her career off of being shocking in addition to her music, that people expect to see her do something shocking every time she appears/sings/performs. Now she just have to try and be more and more shocking with every new appearance/song/performance, to the point that it's just, yawn inducing. Only can be so shocking till people get tired of it. I think Adam's art is authentic. He is always ADAM,no alter egos. I'm not shocked by him,I'm shocked by others being shocked by him. I just find Gaga annoying with all the crazy OTT egg and stuff. I saw her Show on HBO and she was totally &unbelievably talented .She did two hours with barely a five minute break and she didn't use all the crazy props . It was her,the music the dancers and sheer talent. The only time I really liked her.JUst sayin... |

Hiya vamos1! WELCOME!!(not sure if I've seen that one - but isn't Adam freakin' adorable when he ruffles the guy's hair at the end? :D My eyes aren't that good. That looks like a girl to me. I think he did kiss a girl the same night as the guy. Anyone remember this or am I writing fanfic? |

I think that Adam's art is authentic and always Adam too, but I think in the beginning, maybe up until the AMA's, even though that it was real and he was being hisself, but he was doing things to try and shock people. I think he even said something to that effect, that art/art should be shocking during the AMA's press conference in that interview with Lauren Saltman for All Access (they were discussing the details photo shoot). |

Has anyone seen a news link about her specifically talking about gays? The clip I saw was Michelle talking about politicians. |

Ok as TERRIBLE and cringe worthy the Joe Calderone stuff was....and oh boy was it ever...it actually makes me like Gaga this era. Yes it's schtick, but it makes me lol and roll my eyes in a SHE SO WACKADOODLE kind of way, then roll my eyes in an SHE IS SO UP HER OWN BUTT WITH HER OWN SELF IMPORTANCE kind of way. Yeah that is a terrible way to explain it, lol, I know...but I just think it's more of a light hearted,silly kind of schtick then her Born This Way TIME TO SAVE TEH GHEYS BECAUSE GOD TOLD ME TO DO SO PERSONALLY kind of schtick.
Not saying I want to see more than a few minutes of the character at a time, don't get it twisted lolol, but I would actually wanna go out and get trashed with Joe...Gaga....not so much. Does that make sense? Ah who cares....lol
Anyone know when Adam's album is coming out? We haven't discussed that in ages!!! hee
