I'm in agreement that change is good. The management blub may not be the best but these things are often lacking. Maybe someone connected to Adam will tip them off. Or it may change when they kick into promotion mode. But I think Adam can benefit from some fresh eyes. His career has been really good but he does need more US exposure along with international. Other than getting Idol (which is big) I don't even think Katy has had much exposure with her last album. She has done so much better than Kelly C. in the US and internationally. But Kelly has been everywhere. Katy has been called a flop but the same as not been said about Kelly. Perception. The change should be good for Adam so can't wait to see what happens next. ETA: Maybe they have more listed for the others because they were part of what got them there. They had nothing to do with Adam's accomplishments so maybe the will want to look like the king makers for him. Hope that is it, lol. I had thoughts similar to your ETA when I read it too especially when they talk about turnarounds in their about us section. I've decided to not stew about the new management thing. I can't do a thing for Adam except promote him whenever I can, attend his shows and buy his music. There are some other big names with this company, so they must think it's ok to be working with them. We'll have to wait and see. Hope we are pleasantly surprised. As to the current torrential rains in SoCal, I hope Adam's home gets through it ok.

OMG, people!! Do you all even realize how negative this place has become? No matter what happens in Adam's life, there is always something "wrong." I see nothing negative about what has been said today or in the past. A good healthy discussion and exchange of ideas is the only thing that can keep this site viable. Seriously though, the bio didn’t strike you as lacking or at very sloppy? The Ten Commandments/ValKilmer reference was out of the blue and only useful, bio-wise, if Adam wants to move toward theater. It makes no sense otherwise to reference ancient work in as opposed to mentioning the more current RHPS, GLEE, or Captain Underpants ventures. And to have QAL as such a throwaway line, odd at very least. I think the management change itself is a positive, I’ve long advocated for a fresh perspective and new resources. Honestly still a bit chuffed about the return to Edge for PR, that was not a step forward in my view. Philymac gets his original three into and on a lot of special projects - television shows, award shows, movies, advertisements. He recently signed Iggy and Band Perry and now Adam, hopefully his firm can do the same for them, time will tell. This. I think everyone would agree change is good. Seriously, I just commented it was a pretty crappy write-up. Not a big deal, probably nobody reads them anyway.

Are some of you really getting upset about the detail in his bio? Yeah sure the write up could be better. But I don't think its that big of deal. Nor does it imply how they well manage Adams career moving forward. Its just the bio who even reads those things. Go to Wiki if you want to see a detailed write up on Adams career.

Regarding "Writeup-Gate," yeah, I'm not impressed by it, either. However, I'd give a lot to have been a fly on the wall for the discussions between PhillyMack and Adam before he signed on the dotted line. He doesn't make these changes lightly - in my admittedly-outsider perspective, he stayed with DMG longer than he should have - so I'll choose to go on the belief that Phil McIntyre, or whichever representative he spoke with, had ideas and motivations for his career that interested him. I join in the hope that a fresh set of eyes (or possibly several fresh sets of eyes) may bring fresh opportunities, too. As an aside, IMO it's good that he made the change well in advance of the release of new music. Changing course in mid-stream seldom goes well.
