My thought is that Philymack may simply have a better idea how to manage and promote an artist that started their popularity through TV as that is one of the things that Demi and the Jonas bros have in common. They may have better contacts and insights on cross platform artists. Katy's development was along traditional pop star lines and what worked for her doesn't necessarily work for Adam. Maybe they were proving less adept at dealing with an out of the box type artist like Adam.
Beyond that Phil himself is I believe the person Demi credits for truly turning her life around by refusing to enable her addictions and at her worst point giving her an ultimatum that got her in to treatment. If I remember what I read correctly I think he was the one that staged the intervention that finally got her turned around.

So I went back and looked at DMG's artist pages, lol they don't even have bios, just a contact person under their name. And the write up on the firm - started in 1985 and ending with signing Katy Perry in 2004....... Not exactly a ringing endorsement of keeping up with the Joneses.

Boy, do I ever agree with that clip of Oprah....DH had to get rid of that negative energy, or the energy sucker, that was his mother....totally cut her out of his life....hasn't spoken to her in years.
It's really hard to do, especially when it's your family.
I can see Adam living by this....his circle of friends all seem so supportive of each other.

IMO it is better to have no data than wrong or incomplete data. In this case they chose to post info so outdated it paints a misleading picture of what Adam Lambert, the artist, is. The fact it was posted recently makes it only worse and is quite puzzling... ...reading that blurb left such a terrible taste in my mouth it clouded all the excitement over the confirmation of "Adam has a new management!"-"change is great"-"hope is in the air"-type emotions with the doubts re potential lack of quality in their work...plus it gave me a distinct feeling their first priority is and will be Demi and Nick and other Jonas brothers ... ... it is probably true that no one reads that site and no one really cares what is posted there...except for us here of course... I would also like to respectfully ask everyone who insists on "positive only" to please scroll or even better to participate in the conversation without trying to "shame" everyone else into silence. I love to read different points of view, and it is nice to have a conversation, especially during the down time... a side note - oh boy! it is so relaxing to come here and discuss this "non matter" amidst the horror show of today's RL world
