Socks Adam? Really? Otherwise looking fine though! That shirt is pretty low..... I know I was thinking the same thing. My husband used to wear socks with his sandals and my kids were always teasing him about it but that shirt is fabulous! I'd wear it!

My husband used to wear socks with his sandals and my kids were always teasing him about it but that shirt is fabulous! I'd wear it! Haha! My father-in-law used to wear black socks with sandals and shorts. It was so dorky and we teased him. He didn't care. When Adam wears the high black socks, he just magically makes them looks sexy. He can't help it. He just does. JMHO Can't get over how fun and charming he was on the Sunday Brunch. Love his teaser about the animated film. I'm really getting curious! Never get tired on watching him.

@nonotome thank you SO much for that article! VERY interesting!!! I love the scientific approach and not just this "everything used to be better" I hope that as mentioned in the article, that through streaming and it becoming easier and easier to produce yourself music will diversify. Charlie Puth produced his new album totally by himself, he only had someone to help him with the lyrics a bit. Charlie also said that he recorded some of his music/vocals with his phone. He likes the microphone of it and he mixes his album in his car. This falls in line what Shawn Mendes said to a fan at a Q&A, when asked advice for upcoming artists, Shawn said to the guy: Don't think it's so far away. Alot of the stuff today is done at home. Don't always think it just happens in fancy studios. Justin Biebers "Journals" is a two-man show...some say it's his best work... Can't wait to find out, what song QAL have up their sleeve for us this time around I wonder how long it will take Adam to take this road in producing and recording his own music? It's a real money saver. I know it's more complicated than it may seem. Being with a major label is generally the best thing but times are really changing. Gotta adapt.

It's a real money saver. I know it's more complicated than it may seem. Being with a major label is generally the best thing but times are really changing. Gotta adapt. Linkin Park for years have been recording the majority of their music from Mike Shinoda's home studio setup that basically runs off a laptop. Seems to be the way to go for a lot of artists. And being able to record whenever the inspiration hits and not have to wait for studio time to open up has to be a big plus. Would be interesting to see Adam start to learn, though from the various behind the scene videos I've seen over the years of the at home recording process is definitely looks more complicated than it sounds. ETA: here's a video of Mike doing a demo of some simple Dell recording software for those curious about the at home recording process. This is from 2012 so I'm sure technology has improved a lot since then. youtu.be/IXzD5iliyfs

Sorry to post who, lol, but thanks for posting that Lara Fabian vid....every song she sings is a story. She's a lot like Adam, she never "just" sings. Her body, her voice, her inflections, her facial expressions....they're all part of the song. I love discovering new singers...I first discovered Lara because of a duet with Russell Watson on one of his cd's. All my favorite singers have voices that "hit" me the first time I've heard them sing, including Adam. I listen to very few singers that I had to get used to. Most singers I listen to on YouTube I turn off halfway through the song lol. And regarding Allison, I'm very happy that she's able to make a go of it with her band, Halo Circus. She also seems to be a hard worker. I wonder if any other people from Adam's season are still pursuing music....I know Ghokey and Kris are. Haven't heard anything about Matt and Michael and Lil....I think Megan put out an album? I found this guy on YouTube by accident and he's probably the first singer since Adam who just grabbed me straight away. He gets compared to Adam which he says is beyond flattering so maybe that's why. Thoughts anyone? youtu.be/OoYH0U8uP6gyoutu.be/1jlyMJS-g-w
