amw, sending prayers for rain and cooler weather for you. My son lives in Las Colinas, just outside of Dallas, and he is so over the heat specially since he has to take public transportation to and from work. DH asked me yesterday about our listening party on Nov. 19 and he said, album or not, let's do it. So gurls (and guy), the party is on!! I think DH loves the attention he and Mr. Mangokat get. In fact, he registered us at a yoga class and he loves that he is the only male in a class full of women. As the time gets closer, I will post something in the Members section with details. Hey Lifeguard - you can drive from Tybee and join us and keep Mr. Mayumi and Mr. Mangokat company. We gurls pamper our male Adam stans! Happy Birthday to sweet Bama  BTW, I can't open your photobucket - it requires a password. Yay...The party's still on !!! Sorry, I'm so tech challanged...thought I'd just post a link since my pics are not really AFL "news"...lol. My son set the account up....I'll have to ask him the password when he wakes up. Water. This is a plea to my Atop friends to send prayers of water for my beloved Texas, which is burning with wildfires all around my sweet city. Several friends in the Bastrop area, just east of here have had to evacuate. It's serious. It's hotter than Hades here and has not rained, seriously rained, in longer than I can remember. The wind today was strong, huge gusts, and it was so still last night. My sister said it was too still and the usual breeze just did not kick up the way it usually does around 11 pm (yep, that's when it cools down enough lately so outside is even remotely comfortable) So while we wait for Adam and vote on amazing music, please send water. Love, amw Maybe we could all petition this Rain God to help out ... he did a great job soaking St. Agathe recently!   |

Mayumi, I am hoping against hope that we will be moved in and settled by then. At the moment our home in Greenville, SC is not sold, however we have a buyer. She's our realtor. She wants to move back into our neighorhood. Great neighorhood. We have estalished price, but she has to sell her home. She has an offer coming in with bank approval, however these peeps are investigating a VA loan at the present, so nothing on paper yet. So we sit here with baited breathe. As my husband comes to visit in Suwanee, GA I have told him, don't come down empty handed. Fill up the car with things that are not noticeable to lookers. I have been working hard getting things done we need to get done while the house is empty, and I continue to paint the inside. I find painting relaxing. At one point we had 4 crews in our home at one time. I go and hide. My son loves it down here and likes his school, so we are happy. So I am hoping we are moved and settled by Nov 19 th and can host 8 people. Okay guys, we have had 90 showings since April 1 and 3 failed offers. We need some love and light from the universe to start the domino effect. |

I absolutely hate painting...and it shows. I'd much rather clean out gutters or pull weeds. |

OT but maybe a sign of what will happen for Adam with his fifth album...or maybe his next single (plea to the radio gods!! I have decided logic does not apply to radio.)
Kelly's new single was released mid-week last week. Does not go for adds until next week but has 23 auto adds and is Top 30 HAC, Top 40 AC, Top 50 Pop right now. RCA is only going for adds on Pop, they know HAC and AC will follow.
