This "best song" thing is such fun, I wish we could also have a "best 'feel-good' fun song" list. And "saddest song" list. And "sexiest song" list. And... somebody stop me! Oh what a good idea!! I think I can do something with that. Perhaps starting with the "Sexiest Song" ---- If anyone feels really creative, post some "Best Song" Categories!! And do not forget to vote!! Links to GREATEST SONG POLL on page 1. The results so far are very interesting and IMHO "right". I just need a few more votes!!!

He may have unfollowed Lisa's current twitter because she's going to be appearing on the new season of ANTM All Stars which starts next week I believe. Or he may have unfollowed her because I remember from her season that she had a drinking problem and I believe she even appeared on Celebrity Rehab so perhaps it just became one of those situations where you have to step away from the friendship? Either way no big deal in the long run IMO. The unfollow of Gokey makes me giggle though. Maybe he hated Gokey's breakfast room remodel on HGTV that much?!

From the UK and OT but proof that a singer can sell music..... The Official Charts Company can confirm that Adele has today broken Official Charts history, becoming the first artist in music history to hit 3 million sales of an album in one calendar year.
The album, 21, which was released 24 January 2011 achieved phenomenal success this year, not least being recognised in last night’s Mercury Music Prize. Despite being pipped to the post yesterday for the prestigious accolade by fellow British singer/songwriter PJ Harvey, Adele can instead today celebrate being the youngest female to hit the 3 million sales mark with an album, and doing so in one calendar year, a music industry first.
21, Adele’s second studio album has now also become the third best selling album by a British female artist, surpassed only by Leona Lewis’s 2007 debut release, Spirit, which shifted 3.03m copies, and Amy Winehouse’s Back To Black (3.29m), which last month overtook James Blunt’s Back To Bedlam to become the highest selling album of the 21st century.www.theofficialcharts.com/chart-news/adele-breaks-official-charts-history-with-3-million-album-sales/

I think Adam got tired of Danny asking if he could cover "Sleepwalker".

This, plus some of the sales figures for this week (Lil Wayne and Red Hot Chili Peppers) shows that people are indeed buying albums! ETA: Want to add this quote from Billboard : www.billboard.com/#/news/mtv-vmas-boost-adele-beyonce-on-billboard-1005340772.story Overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Sept. 4) totaled 6.65 million units, up 29% compared to the sum last week (5.14 million) and up 27% compared to the comparable sales week of 2010 (5.22 million). Year to date album sales stand at 206.57 million, up 3% compared to the same total at this point last year (200.55 million). It is the 15th week in a row where year-to-date album volume is greater than the same time in the prior year.
