I was driving over to my mother's apartment and was thinking about BM. We could have a camp called "Women of a Certain Age". Of course guys and younger people would be welcome too because inclusiveness is a precept of BM.
For an art installation there could be stairs or a mountain or some visual metaphor for reaching a level of freedom and wisdom as a result of a life fully lived. Also as a gift we could have a huge bowl at the top filled with fortune cookies that were specially made and contained say a 10-word lesson learned by real women, for instance us. They could be serious, sad, practical, inspiring, or just plain funny. I wonder how much it would cost to have 5,000 individual message fortune cookies made?
When I got to my mother's I was telling her about BM and showed her some photos. She was excited and thought it was a great idea for me to go. I told her the fortune cookie idea and she asked if her friends at the retirement community could contribute, they would love that.
Some people have great thoughts in the shower, but I love to let my mind wonder when I am driving.
;D ;D ;D

Yippee, love the photos and thank you for the translation of Sauli's story! My twitter is acting strange, I check Adam's twitter numbers regularly, sad I know. Today instead of going up he has lost over 500 followers in the past 3 to 4 hours. Going backward fast, anyone who watched his twitter numbers seeing the same thing? I'm getting 1,191,518; it was definitely more than 1,191,000 when I checked about an hour or so ago, but I don't remember exactly what. The counters are always a little wonky, depending on the platform. Echofon is always a little behind (takes a while for the avis to change as well). I've heard that TweetDeck tends to lag as well. I usually find if I go to Web and refresh twice, you will get the most accurate number.

Yes, my twitter shows his numbers down, too. They were over 1,192,000 this morning and now they're 1,191,516. Maybe a glitch in the system? Thank you for confirming, I thought I was going crazy . I suspect you are correct, glitch in the system. I can not imagine he pissed off that many people talking about a card game ;D ;D ;D ;D I wonder if other twitter accounts are doing the same thing?

A minute ago, it was 1,191,523, then I refreshed and it was 1,191,513 and refreshed again and got 1,191,502. Just refreshed AGAIN and it's 1,191,507. Weird.

I was trying to find pics where you can actually see both of her hands. Yup, sure looks like Roxy's tattoo. The one that's about an inch above her elbow, kind of looks like a sideways tree ???, is also on the arm in the plane. And with Sauli's quote about the size of the plane, it makes sense that he and Roxy were in the back seat, with Adam and the pilot up front. "It was smaller from the inside than a car and there was so little space on the backseat that you had to sit with your knees in your mouth"When flying in these tiny planes, the pilot seats the passengers according to weight in order to distribute the weight evenly. Height has no bearing on this. If the pilot was about the same weight as Roxy, Adam would have had to sit in the back chewing on his knees the whole way and the pilot would have had to arrange the luggage to put more weight below Sauli to make the load more balanced. (No, I'm not a pilot. LOL I flew in one of these and this is what the pilot told me because it is exactly what he had to do on our flight).

It would be fun to see how many sayings we could come up with. Not sure how you get them in to the cookie but I expect that is not so hard or expensive.....good one.. We could wrap some of HSM lollies in sayings/words of wisdom too!! eta Then the lollie flavor would be a surprise as well as the wow [words of wisdom]!! eta2 The bowl could be called the wow bowl!! haha

Yeaaa right hahaha, thanks for the laugh!!! What's the point of going to BM then? I'm confused. I could still definitely partake of the whole spiritual and other meaningful feelings with the comfort of a bed, shower, toilet and kitchen. I think it differs for everyone. And I love camping in the rough also, but just always managed to get some type of shower (ocean/lake/stream). I guess that's just my hangup. Not to be argumentative, but I don't get how a person would not get the point of BM if they slept, ate and bathed comfortably. The time I would spend doing those things would be the same amount of time another person would take making a bed in a tent and using baby wipes. I agree. Like you said sleep eat and bathe comfortably. But I was talking about that particular picture that Buders posted. Having a zebra carpet in front of the RV , decorating like it's a luxury villa and seeing these people who are in front of this RV , it honestly looked to me like "pretend". I was reading some articles about people like these ones, who went to BM with servants and private parties and paying a lot of money to have the best food and drinks etc. To me this is not the same like sharing your food, living with the simplest way possible and helping others like momtomany did. This is the spirit of BM not using any money and trying to live among others like you're all one. This couple in the photo doesn't look like they're having this spirit. I may be wrong though. JMHO.

Very strange indeed. twittercounter.com/adamlambert
