cute video of Adam and Sauli Oh my gawd - such cute [ok, hot] pictures! Does anyone know how to capture one of the pictures? The final one had my jaw dropping open, but I couldn't figure out how to copy. I was wondering if I could humbly ask for help? Thank you so very much! |

Oh no, not yet, we are just starting the process, getting our home ready for sale and starting the looking process. First look is this weekend. I wish it was over and we were packed. I am hoping our house sells for the price we want and we find the right house for the right price in the right area with the right high school for our son. That's our reason for moving - schools. If we could send our son to a private school we wouldn't move. Where we live you must be educationally elite - my son struggles, being adopted from a foreign country, ADHD with some processing problems. We retired and moved to SC to raise our two adopted kids. We realized we had a huge job on our hands which required our full attention. It's been a hard road, but rewarding. Our daughter is a junior at Clemson, so now it's for our son. Wishing you the very best both on the selling and purchasing. Arizona is not where you want to be living right now regarding real estate, here you would probably need to rent your home and not sell for the price they are going for. We are in the bottom four states for real estate foreclosures and falling equity. Very sad. I will keep sending positive thoughts your way. I do remember buying all of our homes with the priority of which school district and then narrow it down to which school in the district in mind. We have stayed in our last home because of the 1/2 acre lot, now our two dogs dictate where we live.  : Thanx Cayman, fortunately, where we live, real estate is holding and in some cases has increased. We will probably get what we want based upon sales in our subdivision. The elementary school is the best in the state. We are looking in Gainesville, GA with a loss of 1 % in home values. We have identified the HS. Now it's finding the home with the requirements I want. It's tough becasue I want a lot. Price is not a deterrent. I just hate this whole process. I will be a wreck and my stanning will suffer. |

Moving sucks, no way around it, that being said, after each of our moves, it always felt like the right thing to do. Know what I mean??? When this process is over and you have made your new junk drawer in your new home, a weight will be lifted off your shoulders knowing this is where your family was meant to be. When I had my new junk drawer defined, I knew it was home. What grade is your son in? Is he high school age? |
