LOL! Kris was sick that night. I don't remember specifics. He was really sick. Many thought he'd miss only one show but it was only thta one. Think it was the flu. Thanks, you answered my other question. I wondered if it was the whole show or just the finale!

Peacock feathers still there though hat is not, so I'm guessing he has them clipped to his hair, not the hat. May have been same for GNT? Hmmmm, Devenlane pointed out that it looks exactly like A's tour bus right next to him. Now THAT would have been a clever way to go. Charter the party bus full of all their stuff to go there and be part of camp. They fly in with minimal luggage. I was saying to someone that they should just contact one of their tour drivers and take one of the busses. When we talked to Bill, Allison's bus driver, in Melbourne, he said they had already wanted to sign up to drive the 2nd tour they liked Adam & Comp so much. What you said would have been the perfect solution for hauling bikes, clothes, etc. if the bus was theirs - why didn't they shower for a week? ( didn't Sauli said that?)

Probably not enough water for them to use for that, would be my guess.

Well if you think about the necessary water conservation rules and add to that some people don't consider it a shower unless you can run the water the whole way through it could just be a difference in definition.

About Adam in 2011/2012, it did hit me during that 8 week twitter response about his single that Adam was so much more specific than usual that he might have recently heard that number himself. Of course, dates can get pushed back for so many reasons, but I'm hoping we won't have to wait any longer than that. However, if we do, I'll still be here, ready and excited to throw my money his way. [/quote But if he was serious about the 8 week response, then the album will be out in 2011. 2012 for the album, would be too late for an Oct. single. Yep, and that is why I continue to hope for an Oct single. I think Adam is always serious about what he tells us, in his not so deep way, and so I expect he had reasons for giving us that time reference, and that he would not knowingly give us anything inaccurate. For the most part, if I were an artist, I would be purposely vague about release dates, and until then he had been. However, that eight week statement was a pretty concrete one. That being said, things can change between the time a person makes a statement like that and the end of the time period he specifies, for all kinds of reasons, NOT that I am saying that they will. I want to hear that single in October as much as the rest of you, and I am hoping I do! And that I can also buy the album by the end of the year! In the end, I am trying to handle my impatience for new music the same way I handled my impatience for my pregnancies to end, lol, and for each new child to (finally) be born. One was early, one on time, and one three and a half weeks later than the expected due date. They came when they came, and counting the minutes just made each one seem even longer. Adam's new music will come when it comes, and I will welcome it into my life when it does with joy and celebration for all the new richness it will bring with it when it (yes, finally) gets here.

fwiw my sister died at 39 of cervical cancer and my mother at 76. A child died of meningitis in my oldest daughter's playschool and we were all pretty panicked about that....she died in less than 24 hours....I doubt there was a vaccine available for that at the time...cannot remember....but my daughter's would have had it if there were. My oldest daughter had to have polyps removed from her cervix when she was about 17...seems to be a pattern there...I so wish that vaccine had been available for my sister when she was young, and for my daughter...just to keep her as safe as possible. just my pov and experience. It is hard for me to even contemplate not taking these steps....My mom had a lot of health issues so it was a surprise that it was cervical cancer that actually took her down...odd I also had a scare with meningitis. My son had played with a little boy in his playpen when he was one and later that evening that boy started having convulsions. They rushed him to the ER and he was in a coma with in 1/2 an hour and died later that night. I was so scared. My son never became ill and I have never forgotten how close to a childs death we all were. Even our Doctor was extremely worried. How he got it we'll never know! That was back in 1974 in Toronto, Canada. I am thankfull for the medical advances which all come with risk!

Life's a gamble. You make decisions based on your family history and health issues in the past. Before I allow doctors to shot formaldehyde into my child's body, I consider our past experiences with vaccinations. The decisions parents make could save their child...or possible kill them. A good parent makes educated decisions based on what is best for their child. It is never easy!

When the sand is like powder and there so much of it, and you want to have a shower, there is no way that you can do it without using LOTS of water. Otherwise you could get worse, sand and water it would be like mud covering you. So my guess is that they used water for their face , hands , teeth. Sauli said that even when they got back , he had sand everywhere even after they showered properly at their house.

4Msrmyn - The quote button would not work so I could not include your post with this reply.
I tried the other browsers with no luck except for IE. However, after logging in, it was not loading everything correctly--red Xs were showing where the home, profile, logout, quote, etc. buttons should have been. I also got an IE error message besides one of the videos.
It has taken me this long to get back on board using Firefox; even after rebooting several times. I have no idea what has happen to my computer.
Thank you to everyone for trying to assist me.
