I don't think it is unreasonable for fans to wish for good things and more exposure for Adam. No one was going off the ledge over the AMA's. And I never try to look at the unfortunate lives of other artists and worry that if I wish for good things for Adam that those bad things could happen to him. We just don't have that kind of power nor do we pretend to. But people will give opinions and they will not always align with another's. Yes it would have been nice (to me) to see QAL perform on the AMA's but it will not happen for whatever reason. If others did not want to see him or QAL were uninterested that is fine too. As for Adam's personal life and personal friends, not that interested tho others are. No condescending lectures needed or wanted but just hopes and opinions expressed most of the time. So true about the AMA’s. I hope I did not come across condescending that was definitely not my intention. I am a huge Linkin Park fan and the loss of Chester Bennington last year had a huge impact on me so I tend to have strong opinions about ALL peoples mental health and well being so I get worked up sometimes when I read articles like the one posted. I think as fans we should always hope for the artists we love to have success and get the exposure they deserve. Just my opinion and I would never mean for my opinion to be preachy or condescending so I apologize if I did. This is one of the friendliest forums I have been on. I have left some forums due to abusive posters so I appreciate the ability to share opinions and sometimes agree to disagree peacefully. LOL! You didn't. I was saying that I would not give a condescending lecture to those that are interested in Adam's personal/private life just because I'm generally uninterested. Fans have different interests and opinions and they won't always be the same. But they will express them anyway even if others disagree.

Brendon Urie is prob the only vocalist who can come close to Adam. So I understand the choice. Be cool if they choose Adam. And I doubt 2009 has anything to do with it. That was last decade. AMAS have said in the past they would welcome Adam back, regardless if you beleive that. I really don't think this is a big of deal.

I never said that I am wishing Adam a lack of success. That is ridiculous. I was asking for a suitable balance. If there are 6 pages that bemoan that Adam is not more successful, and discuss what should either happen or what is wrong with the world that he is not more famous already, then posting one article that basically says ' be careful what you wish for' is not standing on a pulpit, it is just stating a different opinion or aspect on the topic, and explaining those thoughts. I was quite careful to state that it is only my opinion to draw any connections between Avicii, Elvis, and then over to Adam. The article did not imply that, these were just my thoughts about it.
But I am certainly glad to read that at least some people do share my opinion, because in the end, artists do read on occasion what fans say, and certainly Adam occasionally does. All the fan expectations must be a tough read, should he happen to come across them, and I just want the best for him, that's all.

Good......I just know myself and when I get passionate about something I can sometimes forget not everyone feels as strongly as I do about a given topic. Then I freak out and second guess what I have said and don't want to offend anyone. Fans sure do have different interests. I am with you, his private life is his and I am not that hung up what he has going on outside his career, except that I hope he is happy and finds joy in all walks of his life, but I wish that for everyone:) But like you say I would never tell someone not to have interest, as long as they are not a stalker of course

I think both sides are valid actually, yes we as fans always want more for the artists we love and we, again in my opinion, will always go to bat and say that our artist is better or deserves better, and there is nothing wrong with that. We should just also be mindful of how we go about doing that in a way that is respectful to the artist and each other. That way we all win............and who doesn't like to win!!!

For whatever it is worth, Brendon and Panic At The Disco have had BoRhap in their setlist since at least 2014, in the neighborhood of 300 shows later I think they will manage just fine. www.hollywoodreporter.com/earshot/panic-at-discos-bohemian-rhapsody-733753“Queen's Brian May must have liked their performance — he posted the clip on his Facebook page. Who can blame him? The video features a shirtless Brendon Urie belting out Freddie Mercury's lyrics as an added delicious bonus. It's definitely better than the car sing-along in Wayne's World.” m.youtube.com/watch?v=kT1t4jVmv7E

The band sounds great though! JMHO!

There will be an update of Brian's Queen 3D book released next month and it is on pre-order at Amazon for $29. Were there any Adam photos in the first book? Yes, there's a few and they are quite pretty.

I so agree with be careful what you wish for. IMHO. I often have to take a bit of a break from my favorite place because some fans seem to want more and more from Adam. He works at a break neck speed and like all humans needs some time off And probably would like some private space. Just saying
