Wow! Finally got home from a very long day at work and just now made it through the thread. One thing is very clear, we all really do love Adam and have strong feelings about his well-being, his success, and hearing his music in our lives! This has already been said by people who are more articulate than I am, but we all process disappointing news, accept it, and turn it into lemonade at different speeds and in different amounts. Thank you for this and your entire post. People do process things in different ways. Being disappointed or worried is miles away from being "entitled". People who are entitled bother me as much as people who try to tell others to "chill out". Everyone has a voice and the need to be heard is a very basic and fundamental human need. For some reason, I kept thinking of the song "Turn it Off" from The Book of Mormon today. Adam would love this song. (especially around the 2:13 mark)  www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8uAYcLYEFI |

Ever notice how after prolonged exposure to unpleasant odors you just don't notice them anymore until you like leave the area of effect and then return? Prolonged exposure causes desensitization.  LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But . . . Top 40 is where Adam aspires to be, and he wants his name/his song on a list like this one (current top 10), I think: www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100#/charts/hot-100I hope most radio stations, dj's, and music-buyers will feel Adam's new music fits this format. |
