@charlieglambert: Two years today❤️ @adamlambert Rocky Horror Picture Show❤️ For me, Adam was one of the few good things about that remake. He did a great job. Seems most of the media agreed as well.

Don't tell me that wasn't a fucking party! I think you're right.. about Terrance and Johnny. They were with him even for Pride in Miami.Adam does seem to know what and who he needs on his tours.. as well as his need for breaks ,friends, family ,etc. He seems to be a very extroverted guy and appears to love people around him. The more I read about being a star ,the more I think It's sure not all that glamorous in the nitty ,gritty day to day stuff. Don't tell me that wasn't a fucking party! Terrance came to mind instantly as he has been such a constant in Adam's professional and private life, but yes I do remember Terrance AND Johnny and their yellow wigs during limited gigs. Everything is a bit of a blur for me looking back at this point, but wasn't "We Are Glamily" during the TP era? Adam didn't always use dancers during that period as he had the two female background singers.

youtu.be/ono8bNntZ8ISuch an honest interview.. IMHO worth watching..The pitfalls of being an entertainer... I just found this video of Josh Groban so interesting. He talks about loneliness ,isolation and depression. Got his start at 16.. Sometimes I compare him to Adam, because he has a wonderful voice and nice personality. Although I find Adam's personality and voice a lot more fascinating and exciting . Adam got his start so much later than Josh Groban. This interview really made me understand the love Adam has for being part of Queen... part of this world famous group, less isolation.. more interaction, plus travel and fame. Very good interview from Josh. I don't follow him or know much about him but I have enjoyed his talent when I have seen him perform. A lot of solo artists have band members who have been traveling with them for years and are like family. Of course, Josh may be one of the solo artists who does not use a regular band. Tho, even with bands who have been together and friends forever, we hear of problems with depression, drugs/alcohol and insecurities. So my guess is they all handle the pressure of being an entertainer and in the industry differently. When I hear of artists on tour for a year or two at a time it is hard to understand how they handle it. Adam touring with Queen is great but it is also good that he takes needed breaks between his touring with Queen and breaks with his solo touring when he feels the need. I went to the Josh Groban concert in Nashville last night. It was great! Josh did mention that his guitar player has been with him since the beginning, some 20 years! Plus he is touring with Idina Menzel with whom he is good friends and has sung with many times. Of course I could not help comparing with the QAL concerts. QAL has THE BEST sound quality of any concert I have been too. Josh has a wonderful voice!!! But the sound quality at his concert, while good for an arena, was not as good as at a QAL concert. I found it hard to understand the words sometimes, but it was much better than at the Pink concerts I attended last spring. The staging was also not as visually elaborate as a QAL concert, but he did have a full orchestra which was great! Even Idina, who performed for an hour as the warm up act, had 7 musicians, including 2 orchestra string instruments, and 1 background singer/musician. I hope Adam can add more musicians to his next solo tour! I recorded audio for both Josh and Idina. Send me a PM if you would like a copy of the full concert recording, and tell me what format.

The US only got one off concerts at Pride festivals, casinos, radio shows, etc. The dancers and backup singers were in the WAG tour, but were not at every one off US show, especially not the dancers. And the WAG tour is the only one which does not have a separate tour page in Wikipedia.

Adam is going to do what he feels is best but a really good and larger backing band (hopefully with some who can back him up vocally) would be different and great. He said he was going with real instruments and some Queen influence this time. He also said we would be surprised with the new work so I think it will be a somewhat different direction. I just want to see and hear more Adam and more Queen when he can fit them in. Some acting gigs and other surprises on the side would be great as well, lol.
