Re: Daughtry's album Starryeyed101 Starryeyed @ @janusaquarius I remember specifically saying no new music til at least 2012 due to family. This album came together FAST! Starryeyed101 Starryeyed @ @janusaquarius same daughtry who earlier said he was taking yr off to be with his babies? Rapid turn around there!! Label fave methinks. :-( 21 minutes ago Favorite Reply CindyM421 CindyM @ @_mamadeb @janusaquarius @starryeyed101 he did a large part at his home studio He went to LA to meet with Benson but Benson also went to him 3 minutes ago Favorite Retweet Reply He actually wanted to do the whole album in NC, but was told to come to LA by the label. This album was done very quickly, from when he started. Of course, he probably writes constantly and the man knows how to write a "Rock lite" hook!

Hi, back again- Hug back to you, Mys*&@^#r! Stardust, I did wonder about donations for those that would like to go that route. Rabbitrabbit, I remembered the donation page you set up and wondered if there was some way to promote it more. Thanks Rabbitrabbit and, apparently, Midwifespal via PM, for answering Mika. I like Rabbitrabbit's ideas. Can we set up that gifting thread? Every little bit helps! And how might we generate interest in donating. Maybe as fans we can sort of redefine the goal to be match the number of eye-of-horus pendants sold AND donate some set amount directly to Trevor Project via Rabbitrabbit's page. We'd have to really hit the social media to get the word out. Would that be possible? Any thoughts? More ideas? Mika do you have social media strengths we can use? I'm rambling, sorry... I'm still offering the Adamobilia as premiums to encourage people to purchase the peace pendant (see my post approx page 6), but would like to add a third possible premium: I will write a custom wedding ceremony (or renewal of vows or commitment/union) for you or a friend/family member. I have written and performed many, many ceremonies. I write beautiful, personalized, memorable ceremonies. The couple in need of a ceremony could consult with me via phone, then email, until we create a ceremony that is just what they want. PM me if interested. peace&love If mods/q3 say it's ok we can set up a pennyroyal/trevor gifting thread here: atop.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=inspiredmods? The other ideas sound good to me, but I'm kinda stuck for how to implement at the moment.

LOL The gym I go to has it's "own" radio station (& TV channel with videos for some of the music) that plays over the audio system and on 1/2 of the TV's. They play ONLY classic rock and Hindertheoryofashinedownickledaughtry! This morning I was "lucky" enough to hear Hinder, Shinedown & Nickleback and I was only there for about 45 minutes. I don't get WHY they do this - if it was a "all guys" place I could maybe see it as a macho thing or something, but at least 50% of the people there when I work out (7:30AM) are female. What would be wrong with mixing in a little pop music?

Haven't see this performance in ages. Nice to re visit, Adam looks great. But I don't remember where was this? England? :-/ lambosessed Lambosessed Random TV promo performance from Adam Lambert on Teen Nick bit.ly/kyM2FK4 minutes ago Well, I don't know how I missed that one the first time 'round. I've been a most loyal watcher of all things new. ??? Talk about having the vocals front and center. Definitely not buried behind the accompaniment.

This is one of those .... what did Adam call it? Dry feed? Where there is not any enhancement on the sound system, just his voice, unaltered. The type Adam said doesn't sound good for anyone. I beg to differ. He sounds great here. So clear, spot on, that you almost believe he is lip-syching, but he's not. And such a stunning, fierce video. Thanks for this reminder of how good he sounds when his voice is front and center. And we will have an album of that???? Oooooo, I'm gonna love it! Ha! I'm catching up with the thread and just commented on the clarity of the voice (but it's a few pages later). Great minds!!!!
