Has anybody else noticed Adam take a breath in "Believe" when he sings the last "do you believe in life after love". Every time I hear that intake of breath, I gasp. For some reason it touches something in me. I have yet to figure out why I love the sound of that last breath. It fits the song as I feel like he believes finally that there is life after love. It kills me. I wonder if he did it intentionally or he just needed to take a breath. I am so dramatic when it comes to Adam. Here I am now trying to analyze his breathing. He intended that breath to be part of the emotion of the song. I have no doubt that when he prepares a song with words this emotional, he creates a character to inhabit while he sings. Someone mentioned that he is a story teller similar to Frank Sinatra and the greats. He creates a story and pulls you into it slowly until all you hear is his voice. That is a special talent and it is very powerful. Gloriously theatrical; a mini drama. Exactly! Adam makes you feel and believe the drama and hurt and that is a rare talent, imo. I still find it so hard to watch his "Change Is Gonna Come" from the Idol finale. It is so good and beautiful. But the delivery, pain and drama just cause me to choke with emotion.

All of Adam's breaths are intentional when he is singing! He has said before that he plans where he will take a breath. We know that he can hold a note for 23 seconds, so there is no way that he HAD to take a breath there.

I just saw a Cigna TV commercial starring Nick Jonas. Can't really see why.....but good for him that he got a big company's commercial. Would love for PM to get Adam a TV ad/commercial. Saw it tonight too and yep - Adam first thing I thought about.

"Change Is Gonna Come" from the Idol finale remains my favorite too. That, and the "Under Pressure" from Kiev. I still watch them both ALOT.

Adam Mention Phil McIntyre is out as president of Roc Nation Management after less than a year at the helm of the division, sources tell Billboard. The decision was announced at a meeting last week, sources say, during which employees were told McIntyre was taking a step back to manage his own clients, including Nick Jonas and Adam Lambert. The article states that Phil McIntyre also managed DNCE but doesn't mention that he does anymore. We know that he no longer manages Demi, but didn't Iggy Azalea announce something about no longer being with him (or is that my imagination?)? I'm just wondering what's going on with Philymack - so little info. about anything current going on. And does he only manage Adam and Nick Jonas now??? Hope it's good news that he's "taking a step back to manage his own clients" and that it benefits Adam! Not sure about Philymack since site is still dark and this is the first news Phil has been in since he took the Roc Nation job. But Iggy did leave Island records. She signed up to another one in November for 2.7 mill and gets to keep her masters - here's hoping Adam gets a great deal too.
