I was there too in the St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, like 60 000+ people! Wow, that's awesome!! Are you from the Montreal area? The pics from that concert were mind-boggling... seeing the audience spread out way into the distance! Montreal North Shore Suburb. The concert was in an airfield and it was packed jammed. We arrived early so we were in a Parking lot was back and it took us over 2 hours just to get out of the parking lot. This was their record for assistance since the Balloon Fest started.  |

I took vacation time to come home and re-wrap my pipes because we're supposed to have a hard freeze tonight. It's supposed to be in the 20s. I live in northern California where this isn't supposed to happen this time of the year. I decided to take a quick peek at Adamtopia and haven't left! Sleepwalker, OMG! Amazing vocals. Needless to say, just like all of you, I can't wait for the DVD! Regarding the Durbin discussion, Q3, your thoughts on producer manipulation seem right on to me. I've always been fascinated by the media's power so much so that I wrote my thesis on persuasion and influence, and whether or not we could become immune to the tricks. Sometimes even when we know what's going on, we just can't help ourselves. I'm paying attention to this season without watching. I had become disenchanted with Idol long ago until I happened to catch Adam's audition by accident while flipping through the channels. He drew me into that magical charisma and talent, and I'm still a captive. OMG! It's snowing!!! This doesn't happen here either. It's not sticking, but I'm going to take my dog for a walk and have fun in it before it stops. Then, I'll wrap the pipes. |
