It think it is hilarious that they chose that picture of A and S for that book. Especially since the caption refers to "same-sex couples can register at the office". (per google translate)

;D yet again - my Pavlovian response - the AMAs was a strike of genius! Made him into an international star! IMO - by tweeting the beautiful picture he was sharing with us the simple message that he was at the club and having fun and - THE MOST IMPORTANT fact (joking) that he got a new hair arrangement... it is just one of the hundreds of club pictures we've seen and will see in the future... it is just HIM - freak flag or not. For him - it is his life for the last 10 years... and boy - both Adam and his friend are gorgeous! But one must take into account that we all come from different places and life experiences and viewpoints. The AMA's - even Adam said later that was a mistake. And it did cost him. I still cannot watch that performance. It hurts my stomach. As for the club scene - I never had any experience with it before Adam and I'm coming around, abeit slowly. So while some see his friend in that pic as gorgeous and fun - I see him as weirdly far out and almost humping Adam. Please don't so easily dismiss those of us who do not have the same viewpoint or life experience that you do. Thank you!  |

I am on a roll here today..but only for another 5 minutes then I have to go, but anyhoo...
I am glad Heidi brought Seal into the conversation. She can relate to a singer and his world, she is married to this world. And Seal and Adam share a beautiful song that Adam covered.
And now I risk that I get my Adam-Stan-card taken away from me, but let me say it anyways. In most covers that Adam has sung I like Adam's version better than the original, but Seal stands out in that he is one of the very, very few where I would say, I like his version more than Adam's.
I'll imbed the live version for Seal, because Adam's of course is also live.
Seal's version is so soulful and deep. I really like him and I think given that he and Heidi clearly have a very successful and happy marriage, I think that Heidi has underneath that flippant, colder side a much more personal side that she just keeps as exactly that: personal.
Otherwise I don't think a guy like Seal could connect with her.
This is just her way to live a public life, I guess. Keeping it light and bubbly and talking mostly about the sparkly.

I just realized that Sam Sparro says that he was in the studio with Adam and Nikki when ADAM was recording. He could have meant he was recording for Nikki, but maybe he meant he was recording for his (Adam's )own album? Which would explain why he was not on Nikki's album. Maybe? Thanks lynnevile for this. OMG I love Voodoo and I would love another collab with Sam!!! |

I love you Chunkey. I am sorry. This site has a way of taking sh*t and blowing it into diarrhea. This got all out of control over my original question. Sorry Chunkey. I know you hate when it gets out of control. It is like watching a train wreck. I keep coming back for more abuse. Luckily, I don't give a shit, and I am a freak too. I was fully prepared to drop this discussion but sorry, I don't think this site blows things into diarrhea. I consider that statement a major put down. What I see from your original question, which comprised 3 posts almost in a row last night, is a lot of people trying to reassure you that the pic means nothing, that Adam and Sauli will be just fine, and that you have nothing to worry about. |
