There has always been hate directed at Adam. From jealous Idol fans who still resent any success that he has. Followed by F and MM fans who are upset with anything he does. And then you have your regular old homophobic haters. I had to laugh as some KA fans who are upset that Adam is getting the Documentary with Queen. They are pissed because KA does not get this kind of media support, they complained. I mean, what the hell is he doing that the media would even care about him? But I try to ignore them the best that I can. It does not help Adam for me to help them carry their hate forward. It has always been there and it is not going anyplace. Where are you seeing comments from KA fans? No big deal. Just a few I have always followed and I can always expect a major meltdown whenever anything big happens for Adam. Even after all these years, when one has nothing to do with they other, several cannot help being envious. When Adam was featured on the Idol Retrospective Show, when the show was ending, I laughed for days. They were not mad at any of the other Idols who where featured, Kelly, Carrie, Daughtry, Jordin, Ruben, Cook, Jhud but Adam sent them completely over the edge for being one of the ones they profiled. And when the show sorta dissed KA, of course Adam was to blame. I mean, did they think he edited the darn show? I never engage but the entertainment value is sometimes too funny to ignore.

I just read through the past two pages regarding negativity directed toward Adam in connection with the Oscars. As usual, I didn't pick it up as much and instead I was pretty much at a high that lasted throughout the documentary news the next day and beyond haha. Instead of reading through the comment sections on YT, I typically go on twitter right after and tweet and retweet all the good stuff that comes my way. I saw some negativity there but it was far(!) outweighed by the general positive reception. I can totally live with that. I have a feeling that for one or more strange reasons Adam will always be polarizing and a target of jealousy, so of course there have been times when I wished that at some point Adam would reach cult status like Gaga where he could do no wrong. I don't even want to imagine what would have happened if Adam had put on a performance similar to Gaga's at the Golden Globes... I am wondering instead what the reaction would have been if Adam had performed something in the lane of "Believe" at the Oscars. Just hypothetically. For me, that performance had an even bigger Wow factor, and I picked up a similar gobsmacked reaction on social media. "Feel Something" reminds me a lot of "Believe" and it is Adam's song. I love it so much. If it is a taste of what's to come, I have high hopes for a real BIG moment for Adam, and this time with a song that he can call his own. Fingers crossed. I really see the glass half full right now and I do believe in good times ahead. Let's face it, many artists would kill to be at Adam's level.

Saw some speculation on Twitter that maybe that's why Adam posted that acoustic WWFM on his IG story. Is Nate Ruess still around? Shosh may shoot this down tomorrow, we'll see. Album not dropping til April, shosh will not confirm I'm sure

But I so wished they could have put in a TSMGO or WWTLF between the rocking stuff like they did at the EMA's. But I am beyond grateful for all the attention and accolades that came Adam's way. They were fantastic and Adam was badass and beaming. And I 100% agree about "Feel Something."

The question is WHY post this now? With all the discussion about Marc being better and such? That's Adams response to it I guess.

I wonder what Adam would think of the author's characterization in the above article of his career as "Lambert’s album sales have since experienced a downward trend, and he’s not exactly a household name either, even after performing with Queen at the Oscars this week.." Would he be okay with it, or would he cringe? I love this sentence in the article.. "As the first openly gay male artist to top the Billboard charts, Lambert has been a pioneer for queer visibility." ETA I copied the entire article above for skaschep, but I hope everyone clicks the link to the article to give it hits. Thank you very much pi! I just shared your post on the Adam Fanclub page from the Netherlands as there were some people asking about it on Twitter.

That was my thought as well, and it is my hope.... skaschep, I just doubt Adam would be addressing MM squabbles at all... but who knows ...

Can anyone help me find the "accoustic WWFM on Adam's instagram"? Apparently I still have lots to learn about reading social media.
