OK, tryin' to drown my sorrow here. My football team is getting their butts kicked & I can't even stand to watch anymore. :(
Sooooo...I'll tell ya a little story about my youngest son. And, it is somewhat Adam related too! Surprise, surprise!! Why do I say that? Well, he's not a big fan. He hasn't said anything bad, but did say it's just not his kind of music??? He always liked my music when he was little?? LOL!! (that's a fake laff, btw)
Anyways, he called earlier today and I was asking him if he had decided where he and his fiance (they just got engaged a few weeks ago) were going to get married. He and his fiance both work at Four Seasons in HI, on the Big Island. So, they get free stays on other Four Seasons. I figured that they would try to work something out with this for their honeymoon.
Well, she said she would like to get married here, in NE, where I live!!! OMG!!!!!! YAYYYY!! Her family if from South Carolina, so was very surprised about that.
And, I really thought that they would get married in HI. But, that's not the main point. (work with me here, guys...I'm a few beers past...well...whatever).
So, we started talking about the honeymoon. Son was saying he had been looking at all the FS's places they could go to. I was like...OH OH OH...I know one!! And, before I could get it out of my mouth, he said...Yes he did!!! Bora Bora!!!!!!!!! hahahaha!!
I said, yeppers, that's the one I was thinking of. He asked why, so I told him about Adams visit there and that I had seen pics & shit, etc. Even told him about the mountain named after a penis or something. Couldn't quite remember it, but he said that in the pic he was looking at, there was something like that...lol!
So, he didn't say anything negative about Adam, didn't say *OMG...are you still a fan girl?* or anything!!! YAY!!
Small steps!! At one point, he had asked me to stop sending him vids of Adam, so I did. Now, he's being all nice about it all.
Still going to take him the EP. I know he'll like it...he HAS to!!! (cause mom says so)
He just called again a little while ago. We're suffering together about this ball game. :( I mentioned about how supportive my online friends are and talked about the peace pendant and what it was all about. He thought that was really cool. Also told him that an online friend from here was going to send me one also. He was glad to hear what great support I had from online friends. No judgements whatsoever.
OMG!!!!! ARGGGGGGGGG!!!!! N/M...just the football game. So, so bad.
Anyway, I was so happy that he wasn't poo pooing online peeps and Adam. Guess that's it...lol! I know you were all bored, so at least I gave you something to read....hehe...sob...sob.....
I so love my football team. *sigh*
