t.co/1A2sNt37I really loved this interview. Carter excelled at articulating the philosophy and variety of Adam’s fans. She conveyed the passion without sounding crazy, difficult to do. My favorite part was about her being a “leader.” There are no real leaders even on this board, more like Q3 is a guide (I’m trying to avoid the word shaman) who provides inspiration, guidance, and discipline (in a good, constructive way) to insure that mayhem doesn’t break out. Sometimes she fails at this, and those are the funniest days... just kidding Q3. We are equal partners in the endeavor and the lunacy, which makes discussions like yesterdays a little silly to me. I’ve had my feelings hurt once or twice, but it’s no different in your family or your workplace. Sometimes people disagree and hopefully they will state that disagreement nicely, but even if they don’t, listen to them, evaluate what they say, and go on your way either chastised or knowing that you are right and they are not. Off the subject, as usual. Anyway, I felt Carter was a great example of a Glambert.

IMO, Adam only needs 4 Top 40 songs on the album. The rest can be for Adam and for the fans. I want Dreamer on it really bad! I am hoping the Tedder song didn't make the album. He worked with Tedder in the Spring. If we are going with the theory that Adam changed direction (and I think that is a good theory) then I hope that Tedder's song goes to the EP he releases end of next year of the songs that didn't make the album #@! ;D

And then [as far as I can tell] we never heard the news. At the end of June and early July there was a ton of buzz about upcoming promotion for Adam -- then it just went quiet. Based on the scraps of info we have gotten since, this appears to be because of Adam's change in management. I'm just so glad we finally figured out the cause of our troubles. This is one of the worst cases of fan constipation ever seen. Fortunately there is a cure: Oh, we’ve had no chance to go Are we getting closer, closer? No. All we know is no. Fans are getting bloated. Bloated. Hey Bowels all work the same We all feel the pain It’s not good for you to strain Mild overnight Relief comes with the sun Works for young and old You won’t get the runs Would a juice cleanse be enough No I don’t think it will We’ve waited long enough Ex-Lax of Love Lar, we’re irregu-lar With our jammed-up colons. Colons. Far. We could go so far. With our bowels wide open. Open. Hey Bowels all work the same We all feel the pain It’s not good for you to strain Mild overnight Relief comes with the sun Works for young and old You won’t get the runs Would a juice cleanse be enough No I don’t think it will We’ve waited long enough Ex-Lax of Love Ex-Lax of Love Ex-Lax of Love juniemoon....who knew your writing skills extended to musical lyrics also!!! AWESOME!! Now I need to deplete my pantie drawer...hahaha

To those who may have been hurt or offended by any opinion I expressed yesterday, I apologize It was not my intent to do so and I certainly did not mean to single out any specific posters here.
I come on early each morning and read throughout the day but do leave the PC when my husband gets home in the late afternoon, so I miss all of the evening and night time discussions. Often times those discussions have been "spirited" and that context can sometimes be lost when the conversations bleed into the early morning posts of the next day.
I am now understanding that my comments were ensnarled with some other baggage (of which I was unaware) from the day before which may have caused my opinions to rankle some, and I do regret that this happened. From now on I promise to check the previous nights posts before commenting on any discussion that feels as if it has been continued from the night before.
Again I apologize for having contributed in any way to anyone's feelings being hurt.

Q3, what makes you think a Tedder co-write will make the album? We haven't heard a peep about that collab since very early on in the process. I think the Sam Sparrow collab seems more likely. And we still don't know for sure if he even worked with Max Martin. Adam has worked with so many collaborators that it is really hard to figure out what is going to be on the album. It seems likely that these three tracks are on the album: Benny Blanco, Ricco & Co. Bonnie McKee, Josh Abraham, and Oliver Goldstein Pharrell Williams I think that OOL is likely to make the album. (BC Jean and Rune Westberg) We know Adam did a co-write with Tedder -- and Tedder usually gets a 1 track guarantee for an album. Adam could be an exception. Claude Kelly and Emanuel Kiriakou have a track that was recorded. It appears to be a co-write with Adam. Max Martin & Shellback - They wrote and produced Adam's two biggest singles. I would be surprised if RCA did not insist on a WWFM follow-up, Max Martin & Co would certainly be willing to write/produce another song for Adam, and Adam said he planned to work with them again. [IIHY vocals were recorded at Westlake Studios in LA, Adam was back at Westlake Studios a few times this Spring and Summer so could have been recorded there,] A lot of other collaborators have tweeted about working with Adam, including: Greg Wells Camilla Grey Alisan Porter, Joshua Bartholomew and Isley Juber Greg Kurstin Brett McLaughlin, Ferras, Lauren Christy, and Reo! Beats Sia Nikka Costa Toby Gad Zac Maloy (worked with Runn Westberg and Adam) And I am only up to April 2011 on the other collaborators list..... In other words, either this is going to be a 48 track triple album OR some big name collaborators did not make the album. So, in answer to the Ryan Tedder question -- he might not have gotten a track on the album.
