Actually, Katy dances more like Adam does. Her dancers dance and highlight her and she moves with them. She uses her backing track pretty much like Adam does, maybe even less (except for Peacock), because she has back up singers. I hope Adam gets back up singers next tour. Gaga uses her backing track a lot, even though she is singing live. There are many times when she lets the backing track take over. And as for, Britney, I've never seen her live but I think "Britney LIVE" may be an oxymoron! Does she do any live singing at all?! :
