late, but I saw Erasure last night, and Andy Bell has quite the physique for pushing 50. He was wearing a corset that laced up the back and during his set he got cut out of it with scissors, removed his top, and put on a sleeveless T. Adam, pls take notes, tyvm |

Except, have you seen the number of points those Tokio Hotel fans have! Yikes?! Crazy!!! Yup! And that is why I don't think this is actually telling us anything. MTV is only listing fans who have voted recently that have VERY high total points - but those fans can still only vote 500 times per day. I don't know for sure, but I am assuming that there was something TH in an earlier round and they built up their points there since I'm pretty sure it would be impossible to be at that number of points if you only started voting during this round like we did. THis is the 3rd round for this thing - the earlier 2 were different categories. - but if there was something for TH then, those fans had that time to build these vote totals. Even though some of our voters are getting up to some pretty big numbers (I'm to 23,412 but I know there are some ahead of me since it took me a day or 2 to figure out how to maximize points) At best I can add 9000 points per day (if I get in all 500 votes all at 18 points each for twitter&facebook sharing) I havent looked at all the "superfans" but I think they are around 50,000 or more. I have occasionally been in the top five superfans (when I start voting just before midnight PST -- I'm late today so probably far down the list), and I didn't start voting until Adam tweeted. I think at most the TH superfans got a one or two day jump on voting since we didn't start immediately. There are other Adam fans in the superfans lists, just not as many as TH fans. Also remember that points don't equal votes, when you look at actual votes listed for superfans, we aren't that far apart.The important thing is to try to max your points until you reach level 5 -- 500 votes. This only takes about 3 days if you get 18 pts. per vote. Once you have reached the 500 vote limit you don't really need to share anymore (though it may remind your twitter followers to vote also). I agree that the write in for twitter probably wasn't too wise in terms of strategy because of vote splitting, and I'm not sure where to focus on voting now. The twitter follow voting is only open for 8 days though I think? The ideal is that people just open up new twitter/FB accounts to vote in the new category and don't slack with their vote amounts for the fanarmy, but that requires more time/hassle commitment. Vibrating my finger/hitting the vote button quickly helps make doing two or three accounts much more possible though. (yes, I own my cray ;D). Ultimately this is pretty much just for fun, because Adam asked us, and in the off chance he wins and they film and stream some spot with him or fans like they did earlier this year. /spamming the thread |

......I'm still thinking Adam's real single will be out soon'ish. Heard that Z100 will be announcing their JingleBall lineup Oct 21st. If (and that's a big "IF") he intends to appear at any of these events - he'll need new music....can't see him singing WWFM. :-/

Glad you had fun!! The thing that's soooo stupid with these sports bloggers bashing about Madonna and even Adam (as someone on my Twitter feed relayed a comment by her husband saying the same thing about Adam) is that they're idiots for thinking the Super Bowl's market is exclusively football fans. The Super Bowl's market is freaking EVERYONE, and worldwide. So whatevs, dude. And we should be so lucky to have Adam play NASCAR in assless chaps. Faux machismo be damned, my money is on more than a few 10-car pileups if that ever happened. Try to look away, boys, try to look away ...   |

This was discussed before but at the time it didn't apply to me so I didn't really pay attention. :-[ For the last few days on Atop I have no bottom scroll bar so that when posts go long across the page I can't scroll to read. I use Firefox and also checked IE and the site was the same on both. For other sites and pages, the bottom scroll bar is there as usual. Does anyone know how I can 'fix' this? Have refreshed, turned computer off etc with no luck. Thanks!

I hate that there's a Take One redux album coming out, but I would much rather the cover was that bizarre illustration that's not immediately connectable to Adam than the Take One cover with a picture that was immediately identifiable as him but to me was just not that flattering. And the Paramount Sessions picture of him isn't that flattering either, it's caught him with a bit of an odd facial expression. So I'm taking it as a silver lining.
